We were greeted my a smiling Jamil who was very helpful and not pushy at all. Left us to have a chat whilst we made a decision. Lovely guy would highly recommend him. I even took him 2 chocolate Portuguese 🇵🇹 tarts to say thank you 🤩

Delivery guys were very helpful and unpacked and set up our new settees without a problem, even took all rubbish away. It was a pleasure to have them in our home.

Brilliant service!
I fell in love with the lovely smelling showroom! Aaron our salesman,was excellent and knowledgeable when showing us the power recliner chairs, very patient with me when choosing fabric ect. Made me coffee, which made our shopping experience with you a perfect morning, and can’t wait for my chair to be delivered! Thankyou Aaron.

Great customer service and really good range. Only disappointing thing for me is nowhere does it state that you have to pay extra if you want it in a different fabric - naughty.
Only reason I did not cancel was wife loved the sofa.

I am happy to see that you find the range of sofas available in Store as a positive and that you received great customer service from the Sales Advisors.
I am sorry that the extra cost for particular fabrics is what has let us down on this occasion. Due to the different grades of fabrics and/or leather available the pricing may change depending on the colour selected - I am sorry if this was not advised at point of sale and can understand how frustrating this may have been if this is an added cost not expected.
I am pleased to see that you continued with your order and hope you enjoy your Furniture for many years when you receive delivery.

What an experience really impressed…
What an experience really impressed with the knowledge and time allocated to us just having a look.
We had been to DFS in Derby poor service drove to Giltbrook to go to the DFS only to see Poltronesofa. On entry beautiful smell and just happy friendly staff who know their thing. Purchased a beautiful sofa can’t wait for it to arrive.

The no pressure approach
The no pressure approach, the easy to look around showroom. I found what we wanted and Jamill who came to look after us was truly professional and great at covering all my questions. I am hoping that my new furniture delivery will be just as professional. I did appreciate the water we were given as it was a hot day. So far great all round service.

Very satisfied customer.
The staff were extremely helpful. I found the furniture I wanted and was able to order it in the exact colour I was looking for. There was also on offer, free delivery and interest free finance which I was able to take advantage of. I would definitely recommend this company.
