I visited the store 3 times and was assisted by two different ladies
they were both amazing , knowledgeable, took there time to show me all options . The sofa I have purchased is lovely and I am really pleased with my choice but their help and professionalism definitely influenced my purchase. I would recommend the store and the products to friends and family

We had Amy Ling as our consultant and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. We bought the kids into store and she was very accommodating. I had seen a sofa I liked online but when we go into store I changed my mind. She gave us lots of alternatives and suggested fabric ideas.

Went into Northampton riverside shop a few time staff all very helpful offered drinks and took time to help with fabric choices and everything looking forward to receiving my sofa

All the staff made us feel welcome and the choice was great. We were not rushed. Looking forward to our new Sofa & Chair

A disappointing experience in the end for us.
We ordered a 2 corner 2 sofa and an armchair, whilst these are great, it was overshadowed by a fairly unprofessional delivery team.
They made it very clear they wished to wake the street up at 7.30am and were complaining about a customer they had to deliver to later that day.
Staff in the store were great and it was a very quick experience for us to choose and purchase our new furniture.

Waliur Was a pleasure to deal with. Went above and beyond and made sure we were looked after to the highest standard. Even the simplest of things such as offering us a bottle of water went a long way. Explained every step of the process in detail and answered any questions we had.

Great service and advice from Ally who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I've used SCS a few times over the years and the quality and durability has always been good. I can't comment on delivery as I haven't had it yet.

the delivery was on time, the guy's worked very hard to complete the job and left our home very clean and tidy.
They where very polite and cheerful and we was happy to have them in our home.

So far so good for now in future, then we will know thank you

Bit worried after buying from the store as lots of horror stories, But chose the most comfortable 2 seater from the store, 16 weeks later Got sent, got booked, Morning of delivery got A booking slot all by text, Delivery guys brought in put the feet on, But would not place it against the wall as it was to close and would scratch the wall. so I had to scrape my own wall. I don't know why they offloaded their job and responsibility on to me, but there we go.
The sofa is very comfortable, seems to be made with premium materials, nice wide arms to rest mouse and controllers, I feel that I received what I paid for, good value for money. I guess the moral to the story is choose the best seating for support and comfortability, don't cheap out and most importantly don't buy online.

Staff were very helpful made the experience very personal .

Could improve on communication. I had to go in the shop to check on progress and delivery status

Delivery was meant to be 9.30 & 10 turned at 15.30, after they clearly returned to the depot in Coventry. Clearly or sofa was never on the truck!

Well pleased would recommend you to friends the guys whom brought it in to our lodge were plesent and assembled the sofas for us and really nice furniture really made well

Only popped in by accident as was in a neighbouring store and had seen ur tv advert the night before.
And I’m so glad I did, the first sofa I sat in was so comfortable and the same on the next and next. Excellent service and advice from Enrique who dealt with me on my 3 visits to finally make my purchase, great looking sofas, quality appears high, comfort amazing and very happy with the price.

Ali was very helpful and patient when helping me choose the right snuggle chair and pouffe showing me all options of style size and fabric. Friendly and professional thank you 😊

As we entered SCS Riverside Northampton, we were greeted by Waliur. No pushy salesman talk at all. When we found something we liked, Walmiur's knowledge and helpfulness was much appreciated. Simple process to order our new furniture.
