From going into the shop to delivery we had an excellent experience. Staff in shop were helpful explaining the labels and choices of materials and let us look without being intrusive, I hate being followed around shops, this was NOT the case. We ended up buying the first sofa we sat on after trying all the others. Informed well on purchase options and kept informed on delivery. The delivery its self was excellent. We were kept informed on delivery times and the two delivery people were fantastic. Setting up the sofas and making sure we were happy with everything. Thank you

Delivered and put in places requested with no problems, delivery people were first class and removed all packaging and you would not know they had been except for the new furniture, could not have asked for more

I had 3 i couldn't decide from so they let me sit a bit on them till I went back and forth between them.they then showed me material swatches..my new sofa come and I love it..so comfy..delivery men were friendly and took all packaging ect away..really good experience

We walked to Gateshead store and what a lovely experience from start to finish, tricia was absolutely amazing, nothing was a bother to her help us in and out of the lift and took time to listen to our budget and our needs

The staff were very knowledgeable on the sofa ranges in store and allowing me time to browse the showroom, answering any questions or queries I had on a particular sofa which I ended up ordering ! Thank you to Lee (store manager) and Josh (sales advisor) who dealt with my order.

This is the first time I have used Poltronesofa and the staff at the Metro Centre, Gateshead were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The stock scope was varied and extensive with flexible options. The only diappointment was the extended leadtime for manufacture and delivery, however if a quality product results, then I can live with it. Based upon my initial experience, I would be happy to recommend them.

Delivery was on time, and the guys were so helpful as they struggled to get it through the back door, but after taking the door off all was well, top class service from these guys
