The process of ordering through to delivery was seamless. And both the sofabed and the carpet were great quality. Delivery was also great, and Dai and Scott did a great job - quickly and efficiently.

Very friendly yet professional staff who listened to what was important. They gave us a great deal and put in a rug as an extra which we loved. Would definetely recommend.

Conservatory furniture
We are having a conservatory built, so we felt the need for a sofa & chair, to give us comfort. We had bought our lounge furniture there, so decided that we would visit to see what was available. We chose a 3 seater and 1 chair with the help of Andrea, which will be ready at the end of June early July.

Booked a so called VIP appointment at 2.00
Booked a so called VIP appointment at Llanelli, Pemberton store. It was claimed that customer service would be excellent. That was definitely not our experience. We were met by a reluctant, non smiling, sales man with a touch screen looped over his shoulder. It seemed almost too much effort for him to even talk to us! We certainly were not made welcome, or comfortable at all. Just the opposite. His manner was cold, disinterested and he was incredibly unhelpful. I have never experienced such bad customer service.This was definitely no VIP experience. This man possibly does not enjoy or like his job very much. His demeanour most definitely suggested this. We won’t be going back to this particular store due to this appalling customer service. We felt rushed. He had zero information on the furniture we were looking for and suggested that we look the dimensions up online at home. I replied surely you have this information in store? He just shrugged his shoulders. Obviously he was far too disinterested, or lazy, to give this information to us in store. He was just bordering, being very very close to overstepping the mark and being downright rude. I struggle with stairs and at no time did he offer using the lift to the upper floor, instead he practically raced up and down them, taking no notice of my struggles. A totally poor experience. SCS take note of this dreadful sales man, he shouldn’t be too difficult to identify as there were only two sales personnel in the shop. Appalling customer service. Just appalling.

Please accept my sincere apology for the service you received from the sale advisor in the store. The service you have described is not the VIP service we expect our customers to receive and it is not acceptable. We want our customers to have a great experience when visiting our store and to I am sorry we have not met your expectations on this occasion.
Whilst we always encourage our sales staff to listen and be helpful I am sorry this was not the case on your visit. I will ensure this is fed back to make sure this is addressed within the team and improve moving forward.

Unfortunaty the wrong furniture was delivered and took another 4 weeks to rectify. The delivery crew were excellent on both occasions.

Reliable, tidy and trouble free
Ordered in Llanelli store- takes 3-4 months but that's probably standard to receive made to order furniture. There was a slight change to my delivery date but this was notified in advance so all good. Arrived on time as per the text messages, fully informed of delivery along the way, delivery was trouble free, cheerful Chaz&Dave were friendly and tidy. Furniture looks great. Very happy

From when we went to store, Andrea and Kevin very helpful and very knowledgeable when we explained our needs.
When Jason & Huw delivered and assembled the furniture, they were on time, very polite, efficient. Highly recommend them.

Russell & Simon Delivery Men for SCS
The 2 delivery men Russell & Simon were great. They kept us fully informed of their progress towards our delivery arriving with us. They telephoned us within 1 hour of arriving.
