I dealt with John, who was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Nothing was rushed or pressurised. This is how sofa shopping SHOULD be. Davvero impressionante.

Lorraine in Livingston is absolutely wonderful, and a credit to your store. She was so friendly and clear about what certain labels meant in relation to fabrics straight away. Mis-sold Warranty, bought a couch and the salesman just lied through there teeth. 1 year later upon making a claim for a warranty I was told this wasn't the case and have been paying extra for no reason.

There was quite a good selection of suites.

We were greeted by friendly staff and after we were left to wander and take our time. There was no pushy sales staff.

I never at any stage felt under pressure ..the guys were very patient and answered every question i threw at them ...great range and although some sofas were pricey i did find something really good to fit my budget

Our experience was exceptional due to the support from Lorraine who went above and beyond customer service.
Her product knowledge and inspiration was amazing. We ended up selecting a sofa that we hadn’t even considered.
She dealt with my mother in law with respect and catered to what she needed. Can’t praise her enough.

Delivery drivers were unable to build sofas, had no tools or clue what they were doing, been left with 1 sofa half finished and 1 not built at all, waiting on after care team to come and finish the job, absolute joke.

Delivery guys were polite and careful when bringingin our sofas.

Great experience in the Livingston store. Lady was very helpful, definitely 5 stars. Delivery guys were great. Cannot fault them. Again 5 star service. Order tracking was very useful. So why only 4 stars, sadly waited in 2 days for delivery cancelled at end of the day. Pleased to say on 3rd occasion chairs arrived.

Delivery arranged, stayed in all day only to get email to say was Not coming, rearranged another date, again stayed in all day and still waiting at 5.50pm when time was 1.15 and has got later all the time, but they could have said that at start

Frequent texts and emails from ScS on delivery status. 20 min delivery window was perfect, with a 5 min courtesy call, didn't have to wait in all day. Guys were quick and polite. Thankyou 😁😁

Can someone please advise either a contact number that we can actually speak to someone or an email address that we can send our formal complaint to. We have been trying since the 24th November to get an answer on an order placed in September that was due for delivery in late October,the delivery was rescheduled and my mother passed away before the sofa was delivered, despite many emails and phone calls to the store we have no resolution.
