From visiting the livingston showroom to picking the correct sofa for our house we had professional service explaining in a friendly manner.

Also we needed the sofa as we were moving house and wanted the sofa delivered so the estate agent count take photos.

The livingston staff where very helpful and managed to arrange a delivery service next day.

We can recommend this company for going out of the way to help, plus everyone in the livingston branch deserves a big thank you for a first class service.

Everything was great.

Lorraine, was the girl who served us. Extremely knowledgable and efficient in her answers. Her communication skills are excellent she detailed by e-mail all the sizes I required to find if the chosen suite would fit into my allocated space , for me this was extremely important as it made the difference of getting the suite I wanted or having to select another.

Right from moment of ordering sofa at Livingston shop to delivery yesterday after 3 months, everybody was very efficient and I was kept up to date with delivery times. All round a great experience and a lovely sofa

Communicated with us at every step, arrived when they said it would and the delivery team had our sofa and chair built in situ in 10 minutes. From the sales young lady in the store to the delivery team, it was first class service.

This is about the sales experience as delivery is pending, and the Livingston/Scotland store. The day we went in we were pretty resolved not to buy a sofa that day but keep looking around other shops. We were served by Lorraine who guided us through various sofa options until we arrived at one we really liked and which suited our needs. Lorraine was excellent- from the customer perspective in that she responded to our needs rather than pressure to sell, expertly demo’d the sofa’s features, all with a really personable and friendly manner and from her employer’s perspective, sold a sofa to a couple who did not intend to buy one that day. So give that lady a raise! :)

Suite came well before arrival date, superb value for the money, very comfortable ive only had it 3 days & fell asleep on it every day 😴 lol,
