On time and set up the sofa for us when it was delivered. Salesperson in store was great

We were met at the door by a staff member who advised us about the furniture we were interested in. She then left us to wander around the store. The lady was on hand when we decided and took us through the sale procedure.

Sofa delivered 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Communication was first class and arrived at time specified. Thank you!

Great experience but a bit more time would have been nice original time was 15.15 p.m. to 15.45 p.pm. instead we got five minutes notice at 08.45 at 08.50 your guys turned up however apart from that everything was great FYI can you supply your chaps with tool kits as they had to use mine lol

John greeted us as we arrived in store and let us know he was near by if we needed him. Which we did at times and he was on hand to answer the questions we had. Down to earth and honest. Great experience and glad we got him as our sales person

Loved all the high quality suites.
We were informed that they were all made to order so could wait up to 14 weeks.
We explained our situation and the fact we couldn't wait that long. We were then shown ex display models and found the perfect sofa which was delivered 2 days later!

The staff at the store were fantastic helping my dad choose his new sofa after he had a fire in his house. However the problem is with the distribution centre got told the sofa would be delivered on the 16th to get a phone call later afternoon to say they've ran out of time it will be the 17th guess what no sofa. So today the 19th June we're now able to track it but after 3 phone calls to the distribution centre still no sofa phoned them again to be told apparently theres a problem with their tools and should be there within in the hour to hour and a half. My dad is 84 and having to sit on a fold up chair. Raging is an understatement

Nice selection of Furniture and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. No sales hassle just very helpful and knowledgable. When I had chosen the style I wanted John was great. I would definitely recommend for nice furniture and very good staff

The delivery team were excellent , punctual . They had to lift the heavy sofas up 4 flights of steps without a lift . Friendly all the way through and gave me good advice about my new sofa

We visited the Livingston branch to look for a sofa. We were welcomed by Lorraine. What a lovely women. She left us to have a good look around and was very helpful and knowledgeable when we needed her without being pushy. We chose a lovely sofa and sat down with Lorraine to go over a few details we wanted to know before finalising the purchase. What a really pleasant experience in a lovely store. Thank you Lorraine.

Lorraine sales staff brilliant and very knowledgeable. Spoilt for choice. I would definitely recommend. Long wait for delivery but it will be worth it. In saying that, I requested a different colour so hence the delay.
