They delivered on time was very professional and polite cleaned all outer packaging away very happy with the overall quality

Very nice staff & very helpful with no pressure interaction on your own terms what we like . Product build quality & materials used explained well. Very good product range across two floors presentation excellent. Easy access for parking. Regular updates by text regarding the delivery date & time will be confirmed day before. Two weeks ago we found an electric recliner sofa that was just what we were looking for, so we paid for it there and then. As it was a display item we were told we had to either take delivery on the 10th Aug, or collect ourselves on the 9th Aug, where it would be all wrapped up and ready to go, so we arranged to collect ourselves. We arrived today (9th) around 11am to find our sofa still on display. So we had to wait for 2 members of staff to dismantle the sofa and wrap each part up ready for us to take. Shockingly, once it was ready, I was told I could now take it to my vehicle, myself, down TWO sets of stairs. I reluctantly carried the seat backs, but expressed that they would need to bring the heavy matal framed bases down for me. The sofa seams good quality and is very comfortable, but my experience after purchase from the store has been poor.

All the younger males in the shop suddenly became busy, so the 2 eldest employees had to start dismantling a heavy electric sofa so it could be wrapped ready to be loaded into my van. Even more surprisingly, once it was all wrapped up in individual pieces, I was told I could now take it away, myself, down TWO sets of stairs and load my van myself. The sofa seams good quality, and is very comfortable, but the level of after sales service was shockingly poor.

We was on holiday so the gentleman took in the sofa and set it up as my dad was there , you would have got 5 stars but the gentleman was over a hr late so we had to phone to see where they were and then received a phone call back saying they were leaving the depot and would be 15 minutes. Thank you

Despite being informed very clearly when we were due to expected delivery (which I was very happy about). It arrives an hour and half early before the window given. We were just having dinner. The delivery went ok as your men had to move old sofas (which we were going to do) before they could bring in the new. At time of purchase we were told everything would be checked before they left, this didn't happen. We were also told we would receive furniture care products, again this didn't happen. Nothing was mentioned about warranty etc, so not sure how that gets activated. But, we have received it without problem and the contracts were quick putting the furniture together and they made no mess.
