Custermers service very good the Girl who served us was extremely helpful and not pushy sales in any way all the staff were Lovely making a fuss of our dog Bailey and the Delivery guys were extremely careful setting it up definitely recommend to anyone

Great service from steph at the store in Kidderminster she was very patient and knowledgeable and guided us through the order .

Well the suite was delivered expertly bringing it round the back for access with no problems.
The guys were pleasant and tidied up after them. Fitting the glides and placing the suite where required.

From receiving the initial text saying when our sofa was being delivered the communication was excellent. It was delivered 2 days before the due date.
The 2 men who delivered the sofa were very polite and worked quickly and efficiently.

Very impressed with the service and delivery from start to finish. I browsed the shop a handful of times looking for the right sofa. Special mention to sales assistant Jenna who was patient and very informative and helpful. One of the reasons I went back and finally purchased the perfect sofa for my house. Nothing worse than pushy sales personnel. Thank you Jenna, its arrived in exactly the time frame stated and the quality is superb. Would definitely recommend.

We had a very positive experience with the purchase of our suite , we were kept informed at every stage. The lady taking final payment prior to delivery was very pleasant. The guys delivering were very efficient and demonstrated the controls well, the quality is excellent and we would highly recommend Polronesofa for both price and efficiency.

We were greeted by Nick on entry to the store. Nick was very friendly and welcoming. He briefly introduced himself and the store and left us to look around. When we had questions he was on hand and provided all the information we needed. We decided to purchase and Nick explained in detail the pricing, options and delivery. A few clicks later our new sofas were on order.

Ordered in May & spot on with delivery time. Good notification of when delivery would be from driver.

We arrived at the Kidderminster store to browse for a new sofa and chair for our living room today. We were greeted by a lovely young lady called Steph. She was very welcoming and had a lovely smile too!! We looked around for a while and found a corner sofa we liked. We sat in it and really liked how comfortable it was. Steph then came over and led us through everything we needed to know and the offers that were available on this sofa. She described everything with great knowledge and answered all our questions. Not once were we rushed by her she gave us space and time to ponder things over, which my wife and I really liked a lot. We have decided to buy the sofa and a chair and again this was dealt with efficiently and take us through all the steps brilliantly!! Steph is a lovely person who was pleasant through out and our experience was fantastic in her company. SCS, you have a gem of an employee on your hands indeed!!!
