The lady who served us, we think her name was Alice , was absolutely amazing. She made the process as straightforward and simple as possible for us. She allowed us time to decide by ourselves without us feeling under pressure at all, but was there to give us all the information and help we needed.

We visited your Kidderminster store two days running, your colleague Steph was so patient and helpful on both days and being elderly we didn’t rush. She was amazing her knowledge of the products and her explanations at every stage were really very good.

From the moment I walked into the store I was impressed. The ambiance was lovely as was the greeting. No pressure, but was left to look around at our own pace. From going in just to look, my husband and I knew we liked what we’d seen, no need to look elsewhere. After 3 visits we decided on the Maer sofas which we look forward to receiving. The delivery team was excellent very professional, all packaging was take away they made sure when that all was safe before bringing in the sofa.

We stepped inside and was greeted with a wonderful smell. Followed by Stephanie who was super smiley and friendly. She had to put up with 4 of us!! Steph helped my Mum find her perfect sofa. She was so helpful showing us all the different styles and colours that we could choose from. When I need a new sofa I will definitely be going to see Steph again. 10/10 for her. She is an asset to the company.

I placed an order (14th May 2026) and spent well over £2000 (order number S0029-1000552651) and whilst I was in the Kidderminster store I asked the approximate delivery date as I wouldn’t have a sofa and I was informed I’d definitely have it by the middle of August 2026, so I thought to myself I’ll be receiving my sofas in the next couple of weeks. Unfortunately, I logged into my account to see the date has been changed to 6th September 2026, what a massive joke, at this rate it would’ve been quicker for me to make the sofa myself.
I went into SCS a couple of weeks ago to see if there was any updates regarding my order and once the staff at SCS Kidderminster knew I wasn’t going in to purchase anything they weren’t interested, the one sales person said go and speak to him over there which I did and the communication skills were that miserable and not interested at all, they did eventually tell me someone would contact me towards the end of July to arrange delivery. Not a chance!!

The poltronesofa sofa bed that I have ordered at your Kidderminster store was not only at a reduced sale price which is great but Alice was a really friendly and helpful member of your staff. I would definitely recommend family and friends to buy at your store

The delivery people Carl and Tyler were very polite and considerate as we are both in our 80s, they soon had our new furniture in place and could not have been more helpful you need to keep these two they were lovely

We had super customer service in the shop and we love the sofa bed and armchair. The only thing that let the experience down was the delivery of the armchair. The delivery men were a bit careless, resulting in about 6 or 7 scratches on our wooden floor. The gliders we had ordered were also not on either the sofa bed or the armchair. The staff at the shop provided us with gliders for us to attach ourselves and said to contact polygons sofas by email regarding the scratches.

You had what we wanted it was on offer. We now have the chairbed and so far are very pleased.

Matt at the Kidderminster store was fantastic. Very helpful and very patient when we changed our minds on sofas. His advice of shapes and sizes, changing of chaise direction/corner will really help us in our new home.

Friendly, knowledgeable helpful staff. Ordered two, two seater sofas and they arrived within the time frame given and I was kept fully informed re. the delivery date and time. Delivered on time and assembled with no problems.
