The delivery was spot on, kept me informed about times and rang as requested on arrival at the barrier to the caravan park

We were made to feel very welcome by Steph as we entered the store. It was a hot day and we were offered water which was appreciated. Steph demonstrated the mechanisms of a sofa and was kind courteous and a credit to the store. We made a purchase later that same day and very pleased with both the quality of the furniture and the professionalism of the staff.

OUR NEW SOFA IS FINE. It's comfortable, which is good, as we weren't able to try it before buying it. I've scored 4/5 because the delivery guys were very rushed to get it set up. Said they were allowed only 6 minutes to remove the packaging and screw in the legs.

We went to the Kidderminster store and were very impressed by the informal and friendly nature of the staff, and the quality of the furniture on display. There was no pressure whatsoever to buy, and we came away satisfied that we had been well treated by staff, who had explained all the different options extremely well. We had intended to make comparisons elsewhere, but never felt that was necessary.

I saw a recliner chair, colour,size, etc, I gave Stephanie my details, and a price was given. I went back afew days later to finalise the purchase. Staff were all polite and helpful.
