Fast and efficient excellent delivery 👌

My husband and brought a sofa and chair today.
Isabella served us she made us feel at ease she was very polite pleasant and patient with us while we chose colours and fabric. This is we give 5 stars to Isabella. Thank you for your support today.

Quick efficient service all explained plainly

The delivery experience was excellent. We were kept informed of the whereabouts of the vehicle from 7am.
The two delivery men were great: respectful of our property, efficient and pleasant.

I disliked the hard sell tactics. I would have preferred to have walked around to look at what was available, but every minute we were followed and prescribed.

Our visit to the Kidderminster store was pleasant. We were greeted by a young lady who was very helpful throughout. Her name was Stephanie who I believe had not worked there for long. She was extremely knowledgeable. We were offered Tea or Coffee.

Customer service excellent. Matt helped us with our purchase today. Very informative and supportive. However, after returning home and recieving all the revelent purchase emails we noticed that we have been charged £119.00 delivery charge. Unfortunately, we were not informed of this charge. If we had been told about the £119 delivery charge then as the items that we are purchasing is only a swivel chair and stool we would of collected from store. Or not gone through with the purchase. Feeling very let done and mis-informed.

Visited SCS Kidderminster today, I couldn’t have been happier with the service provided by Isabella. I walked in the shop where I was professionally greeted by her, I discussed with her exactly what I wanted and in what colour. Immediately Isabella directed me to my perfect sofa !! I purchased there and then !! The complete experience was fantastic from start to finish. Thank you SCS and more importantly, thank you to the wonderful sales assistant Isabella. ☺️

Extremely helpful & knowledgeable. Staff were friendly but didn't interfere with you having a look around the showroom.
Advice was given regarding leather qualities & colour range.

Isabella was super helpful without trying to over sell to us. She was friendly and happy and made the whole experience easy! We are looking forward to getting our new sofas soon!

Two Fabulous, efficient and friendly delivery drivers! My sofa was delivered carefully and in good condition. Packaged very well too!
Jadon and Nicky were polite, respectful of my property and happily took away the packaging and fixed the legs in place, (although the wrong colour legs were sent) correctly, to my new sofa without any fuss. The previous experience of an identical sofa was not as efficient. They didn’t seem happy in their work and fixed the legs to my first conservatory sofa, incorrectly.
Thankfully and with much appreciation Jadon and Nicky should be acknowledged for being an asset to ScS. I’m not sure if they work together regularly but it felt like they had each others backs with no issues whatsoever. Very reassuring!
This is the fourth sofa we have now purchased from ScS! One, analine leather corner suite, Now 5 years old but looks like new still, A two seater for a master bedroom and Two three seater sofas for the conservatory. All are still in perfect condition and definitely built to last. I would highly recommend ScS and Jadon and Nicky to everyone! My Sincere gratitude to them both. The order process was easy. I did have to chase my delivery date but that was simple to do.
Delivery drivers Carl and Steve were great!! Tracking was good and I had a telephone call to state when they were due. Unpacked and cleared away no issues. Friendly guys and helpful. Great assets to the company!!
