Greeted by Sam. Only popped in to browse. No pressure to buy. Help offered if needed. Offered a coffee. Very helpful with measurements. Help given when we asked with no pressure. Ended up buying a sofa and a chair. Easy to browse and order. 5 stars for Sam. 😊

Martin was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Professional, friendly and informative. Wayne was also very friendly and polite. All staff we came across was friendly and happy.

We went to the scs grimsby store with our 8 year old child, we was just gonna have a quick browse at first. We was greeted by sheneen, she was so helpful showing us the sofas, she wasn't pushy and we ended up buying two sofas.
We were in store for over a hour, we was worried about bringing our child with us but our child enjoyed going round the showroom and trying out the sofas.
Sheneen made my child feel very welcome, which made us feel more relaxed and made the whole experience a good one.

Wayne was very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, thank you, we can’t wait for our new sofa to arrive

I visited ScS Grimsby on 30/09/2025 with a view to purchasing 1 x 2 seater reclining sofa & 2 chairs in leather.
I wandered around the very well presented showroom with a stunning display of sofa’s, very clean & welcoming. Although the staff were very sparse, it felt comforting not to be jumped on within 2 seconds of entering the store asking if I needed help.
I wanted to look around & try the sofa’s on display. I had made several choices when Martin approached me asking if was enjoying my browsing 😊.
We began talking about what my requirements were & I honestly, at that moment did not know. I mentioned a heated recliner that I had seen online & Martin told me he would show me a new addition to their showroom. I sat on the sofa he showed me, he explained all of its gadgets & materials it could be supplied in.
He offered me a drink, made my choice easy & within 20 minutes, I was sold.
After Martin’s knowledge & help (with the aid of a tape measure) I was convinced I knew what I wanted.
My final choice was : 2 x 3 seater electric fabric sofas from the ADSTOCK power rec tech line. Color ERANTHIS-901 (black)
Martin really made me feel comfortable with my final choice & I felt as if had had a very positive & enjoyable shopping experience. After all, as a pensioner, I’m not very confident with online shopping, there is nothing better for me than testing & face to face purchases.

We bought a sofa and chair from the SCS store in Grimsby yesterday. The sales assistant Wayne was very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed us all the fabric options so we could make a choice which one was most suitable for our decor. Wayne explained everything to us thoroughly and we were very happy with the service we received. We are very pleased with our purchase and would definitely recommend this store.

Martin is great, listened to everything we wanted, was very accommodating and polite. I ussualy avoid sales staff as they can be quite pushy etc but Martin was really helpful and listened to our budget without pushing us to soend more. We ended up purchasing a sofa which suits all of our needs, that we never would have got without Martins help. He also helped us out with a longer payment period, and a smaller deposit. Without that we wouldn't have afforded what we wanted.

The whole experience in this store was brilliant, from start to finish we had Kevin looking after us, he was very friendly and explained things in detail he helped us find the perfect sofas in the best fabric for us, he also made us a coffee 🙂 thank you

On visiting the grimsby store we were welcomed by Martin.He was very knowledgeable about the products and showed us a large variety of set ups and all the different materials we could have.Martin was kind enough to delay the delivery for us and was very helpful with the whole process.

Shaneen was very helpful and talked us through the process flawlessly. No pushy sales techniques, the process was allowed to flow at our pace. Thoroughly enjoyable experience, we would highly recommend SCS.

We came into SCS Grimsby with the sole intention of getting ideas for our next sofas. Martin assisted us during our visit - he was not pushy or demanding but always on hand to talk to and answer any questions. His knowledge of the different ranges and options was fantastic. So much so, we ordered there and then and are now eagerly awaiting delivery of our new sofas.

We initially came to price up two sofas knowing it could be months before we could order. Martin L explained fully about materials, design, options etc. He wrote down all the details. We were so impressed with him that we insisted on seeing him to make the order month's later when we were ready. Very friendly and informative guy, made it a pleasure to buy from Scs. We will be back again to see Martin L when we are ready for a sofa in our other room.

We went in and met with Wayne at the Grimsby store and we already knew what we wanted, and he took us straight to an on-show sofa similar to what we wanted. His responses were very quick and before we knew it, we were buying ourselves a brand new sofa!

Wayne was excellent, well-mannered and very helpful, and he explained a lot of the processes that will happen whilst we wait for our sofa; and what we needed to do to secure it. Wayne was very friendly, and over an hour had flown by as he walked us through the process of getting the sofa! We would highly recommend ScS!

Wayne and the rest of the team was brilliant today, Wayne was very patient with us while we changed our mind twice 😅

We came away feeling confident that we'd made the correct choice of configuration and colour.

The member of staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable but not pushy.
