I was given some advice about the items I was interested in and then left to browse around the store till I picked the suite I liked ,no harassment all very friendly.

Purchased a new sofa from the Clydebank store in June with a delivery estimate of mid August. Sales process was perfect for me. I wasn't followed around the store by sales people and the salesperson was very helpful when needed. The sofa arrived yesterday, a few weeks early, which I was delighted with. Delivery experience was fantastic, with good communication and delivery tracking service on the day of delivery. The delivery drivers were excellent too, very attentive and helpful. New sofa is extremely comfortable and everyone has commented on how lovely it is. Would definitely recommend.

I visited the shop at Great Western Road retail park the shop assistant Neil was very helpful I was looking for a recliner chair and he showed me a few options I eventually picked out the Bellaria push back armchair ontano blue 540 can't wait to get this chair as it was very comfortable would highly recommend this shop.

Excellent delivery service. Very corteous staff and knowledgeable. Delivery dates correct also. However I do wish to buy a matching chair for the suite but I am not spending an atrocious £129 on delivery especially when my last delivery was free.

Everything went according to plan.

Post ordering we were well aware there would be two or three month lead time. We received notification re delivery a week and half prior to delivery date and then message day before and day of.

The sofa and chair themselves are comfortable, and as per sampled in store. The guys in branch talked through options; features, material and colours to choose from.

We took out 0% finance, the entire transaction took around 30 to 45 minutes.

Whole family is happy with the new seating.
