Sales staff brilliant delivery staff efficient and freindly but estimated delivery 7th August as that passed phoned customer sevirce was told been delayed said I wasn’t told girl laughed and said I know always radio silence and put phone went to shop and spoke to staff very helpful got date 19th that was cancelled by email and new date 24th was delivered on that date feel I could have been kept informed more. By wharehouse team .

From ordering suite and delivery of the suite was excellent. Had to get a later date for delivery.
This was sorted without a fuss.
Really pleased with the quality of the suite I picked.

Total shambles,couldnt get part of suite in and im still waiting on a re delivery 6 weeks later after fone calls and visits to shop.i paid nearly £4000 cash at the shop in the fort and im disgusted how iv been left

I had a great experience and Z the salesman at the Fort Glasgow branch he was really helpful and was able to sort an issue before it became a problem. I had sized my couches wrong but thankfully was within the time frame to have things altered. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Just waiting for them to arrive now but so get service has been excellenct!

Sofa delivered on time (Sales Order: S0057-1000560673), but the delivery crew heavily scuffed my hallway wall and chipped the corner of the skirting board while bringing the furniture into my home.
​I reported the property damage directly to customer service 3 days ago with photo evidence, but I have not received any response, update, or acknowledgment.
​How to improve: Please actually respond to customer complaints regarding property damage caused by delivery crews and arrange for the repair costs or a resolution promptly.

Derek was lovely. I had went in after visiting a few other Poltrone stores as I was looking to see in person a specific sofa. He searched the showroom and went online to check if it was a sofa that was due in store. It wasn't. I told him we had priced the Belford sofa but after we got home and looked online again I decided I like the sofa but didn't like the button detail. He then directed us to the Savio which is exactly the same without the button detail and power head rest. I explained that we had removed the power headrest function from the Belford anyway. Derek gave us a detailed breakdown of the price and our finance options. I decided to go with the Savio sofa and I paid a deposit. The whole experience was enjoyable. It wasn't rushed. Derek spent time with us and made my purchase very easy. I am looking forward to receiving my new sofa and hopefully enjoying it for many years as I have peace of mind with the 5 years cover we were offered which was really not a hard decision to take out.
