The sales agent was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me of choices available. Explained the options in a clear and understandable fashion making choosing which furniture choice I wanted easy. Most impressed with the whole experience

When we visited, we had an idea of what we wanted and the sizes required. Aaron was very helpful in assisting us, checking dimensions of various sofas. He was very knowledgeable about the furniture, pointing out the features of each one.

I was greeted by Paul he was a lovely guy very experienced and polite had good banter .told me all about the tickets on the suites eventually I picked one he told me that suite was just in made me feel very relaxed after everything was sorted out my friend and I said we would be back as going for something to eat had not left a penny a while later I went back and paid for it .Paul was very good again and thanked us for going back .

Paul, was super helpful, we came in to the store and were pretty sure what we were after, it was late in the day, this was no problem to Paul, we weren't rushed, provided with all of the key information to make the final decision on our purchase.

First time we have used Poltronesofa, very impressed, would definitely recommend.

In january this year i sat on sofa in store, and just as advertised it had that sink in feeling. I ordered one that day, paid £100 deposit and was told delivery would be middle of March.
I received the sofa 4th April, delivery men were excellent.
Sadly the sofa does not have a sink in feeling and the scatter cushions are like bricks, nothing like the sofa in store.
The offer of zero % finance is excellent so I purchased it. I received an email to advise I would start paying in May.
Also purchased gliders and insurance. I have been going round in circles contacting different departments to cancel these as i had gliders in the house and the delivery drivers took them back with them, also i did not want the insurance. I then called the store where I purchased it from to be told The salesman I dealt with was not in and a message would be left for him to contact me tomorrow, why could the salesman not deal with it today?

The store were absolutely fantastic from choosing our couch in store and changes to our delivery as we missed delivery due to a stressful time in our personal lives, I phoned the store explained and the gentleman advised that he would deal with everything and not to worry. That in itself was a relief. I personally wasn’t in when delivery was made however the person that was at the address stated that one of the delivery men moaned about it being awkward to get into the property and stated that 80% of the delivery team would have refused to do this job.
One fantastic note is that when choosing our fabric we were advised to get a specific fabric for easy cleaning, our son spilled Ribena on an a wipe of a wet cloth it was removed so easily.

The service was fast and professional. The installation was seamless and quick, with no problems. I love the sofa and it’s completed my living room.

We have used the Dundee SCS store on multiple occasions and always received absolutely stellar service, the guys there really bend over backwards to help, whatever issues we bring to them! Most recently, we had a beautiful Italian leather 2-seater power recliner and 3-seater sofa-bed suite set ordered for our new home. Not only was it simple and easy to alter the delivery address and date once ordered, but when the first delivery attempt discovered that the suite would not fit through our outer doorways, they worked with us to find a solution with minimal stress for the 2nd attempt. Our sofas are now safely inside and making our house feel like home! Special shout-out to both Darren's, but especially the one that always seems to be at the desk when we have more questions to ask - he has always made us feel so welcome, and no problem is too much to handle. Thanks so much, and would definitely recommend for future purchases!

Sofa arrived today no fault no issue lovely comfy sofa really happy with it
However , customer service was very very disappointed, sofa was purchased from Dundee store sold by Darren ( check order number to confirm which one apparently there is 2 person called Darren)

Sofa sold in November ,sales man advised if Boxing Day sale is cheaper come back we will match the price which we did but despite calling many times chasing for an email confirmation nothing happened just promises . Called store again two days before delivery , been advised by another staff member that we need to pop in to the store again to sign new finance agreements or we either won’t get sofa delivered on Saturday or they cannot change the price (£300) difference… of course this has never been mentioned by Darren and every time we spoke to him it felt like we are just annoying him and always promised to fix it . Luckily I was speaking to Paul , popped in the same day and he kindly sorted the paperwork for us . It is a shame he had to fix someone else’s fault . Once again very disappointed in the service provided by Darren re sales process , not sure we would ever use SCS again in the future due to the terrible customer service received , expected better when we have spent thousands of £ on a sofa….
