The furniture is extremely uncomfortable and isn't fit for purpose x have raised this issue with the contact centre

Amazing service from the shop to delivery I am very pleased with my new sofa and armchairs it makes my life so much easier being disabled I can't fault the service at all the tracking was spot on and precise delivery guys amazing and on time all together a great experience would definitely return if I need another sofa thank you

The delivery service was well planned. I was kept well informed from the night before delivery, to when the furniture arrived. The tracking was excellent and i could see exactly where the delivery men were at any given time and was kept up to date with delivery times. The delivery staff were pleasant and very efficient installing the goods. There could be no complaints at all.

Very good sales person, polite and fully explained the sofa in details

They have a very good customer service in store but never deliver on their timelines. What they told us in the shop was different from the contract we signed. Unfortunately we didn’t read the email sent to us. I called their customer service line a couple of times; they asked their customer service person who attended to us to call back. They never did. We are still waiting on our furniture for about 16 weeks now, meanwhile they told us it will take maximum 8 weeks.

The two people deliverying the sofas where very kind and helpful.You are very lucky to have people like that working for you.

SCS were very helpful when choosing our sofas.
Poletron sent a notification which stated a date our sofas were being delivered on 26th June and they would contact us the night previous. This never happened and in fact they sent another msg to say being delivered on 30th JUne. This meant spending an entire weekend on garden chairs. Delivery was good when it came but inconvenient as 4 days late

We came in half an hour or so before close and were planning to just have quick look. We were greeted by a tall man with glasses, I believe his name was Russel. He was lovely and knowledgeable. We never felt under pressure to get the sofa as he was happy if I wanted to go away and talk to my fiancé but knew he would like it. It was too good a deal to miss. The rest of the staff were lovely too! Thank you again all :)

Very very very bad

Both chairs are beautiful and really comfortable. The delivery team was running early so called to see if we could take delivery earlier which was great for us as it meant we had a luxury seat each earlier thank you for all your hard work. Mr and Mrs Doughty xx

We have had some ups and downs with our recent furniture purchase from SCS Poltronesofa, however both processes and staff have been excellent in addressing issues

This week we visited Coventry store to sort material and cushions for our replacement furniture and Assistant Manager, Russell, was absolutely brilliant. Addressed without question what had been agreed with Customer Services and handled my indecisiveness so very patiently. The whole process went very smoothly and once again showed the brilliant Customer Service provided by this company
