From ordering to delivery everything went well

Ordered a leather 3pc suit in January received it in April on time. A couple of small problems handled straight away. When I phoned the shop in Bolton the lady was extremely helpful. Very satisfied with my new furniture and my dealings with SCS.

⁹Poorest Customer Service I've received, ever! They delivered the sofa to the old address to start with. Old adress Bolton, new adress Glasgow. Waited weeks on it being re-delivered to the correct address.
Then the springs cave in and they send out a 3rd party (Emmiera Group) to repair them. Agreed that the springs would be replaced. 4 months or so later the 3rd party send out another member of the team after I have to chase them, as they have no info on original visit, and he tells me the springs are being tightened, not replaced. Also the guys arrived in a very unprofessional manner, stunk my house out.
Springs fail within a couple months. They send out the same unprofessional guy, who now tried to blame the cushions, not the springs he should've replaced. He takes a picture of his hand pressing in the cushion on the floor, full body weight behind it and said "look how easy its giving way", and when asked, doesnt think the problem is the springs that have zero tension. I call SCS to complain, they say they will call me back. Its been about 7 months. No call back and I've given up. Crap sofa, crap repairs, crap service. Dont buy from these, they're clearly operating outside of what they can support.

Absolutely delighted with both the sofa and the overall service from Poltronesofà at ScS. The delivery team were professional, friendly, and took great care during the setup process, making everything straightforward and stress-free.

The sofa itself looks fantastic, feels incredibly well made, and is extremely comfortable, exactly what we were hoping for. We’ve never had a recliner before, let alone an electric one, and I genuinely can’t believe I’ve missed out on years of this level of comfort. It has completely transformed how relaxing in the evening feels.

The quality and finish really stand out, and the whole experience from ordering through to delivery has been excellent. I would happily recommend Poltronesofà at ScS to anyone looking for a high-quality sofa with first-class service.

I gave it a 5 star because firstly Natalie was very professional doing her job not pushy we explained what we are looking for she gave use 4 options to look at and once we decided what we wanted paperwork sorted keep up they good customer interaction Natalie,
Secondly delivery drivers yet again very professional doing her job introduced them self then got on with there work in hand and again proactive with us a credit to the company there names of they delivery drivers are Steven and Peter.

Everything was as it was ordered the lads who delivered were friendly and efficient no problems at all

The salesman was excellent, but unfortunately i have forgotton his name. Helpful and patient.
Have not however received any documentation by email of our purchase which i expected.

So very pleased with the craftsmanship colour texture and look .exactly what I chose to be made for myself 100 percent.
The delivery day went really well
Told each step of the way got to me brought in and assembled perfectly .whilst nice friendly people were very professional and knew they're assignment off to a tee .transformed my space in seconds

Phil was extremely helpful in the Bolton store. I knew what I wanted (as I had been to another store where I was ignored for far too long) and Phil helped in a timely manner. Offered me a coffee and water. I returned the next day with my husband to confirm our fabric choice and he was friendly and accommodating. He stopped everything he was doing to assist us. Great job Phil.

The service was another level ,we loved the young man who spoke to us .He was very informative and very pleasant.He went through everything and made us feel very welcome .

First class service from in shop (Bolton Middlebrook) experience right through to scheduled delivery by two courteous and polite delivery men.
The original service included a change to the original order, sorted immediately, and we are very pleased with our new sofa, chair and footstool

Well set out showroom, lots of sofa choice and coverings.
Very friendly staff that listened to us and helped us.
After we chose our sofa's we left the showroom to have a coffee and discuss our decision between ourselves with no pressure.
The delivery people were very professional and everything was set up and ready in no time.
Probably the hardest part was waiting for the sofa's to be manufactured.

We had Phil as our salesman,nothing was too much trouble for him. Explained everything without being pushy.So easy going. We took our time looking around and made our decision,again Phil went through everything we wanted too know.We actually left very happy with the whole experience which doesnt happen too often these days. We will say that Phil is a an extreme credit to this company. We really hop this gets passed on too him. He deserves to know how well hes done. We will be back for sure.

The staff at your Horwich store were amazing in particular Mandie.
Friendly and professional and very patient as we changed our minds on our sofa choice at the last minute and the paperwork had to be re done.
A very enjoyable experience.
The only minor point is that the company does not provide swatches of the chosen fabric ( Incrocio Di Sguardi Turquoise - 590 ) and the photographs we took of the fabric are not a true reflection of the colours.
We are wanting to paint the room prior to the delivery of the sofa ( August 2026 ) therefore a small swatch of the fabric would be very useful to help get the correct paint shade.
Cannot review the sofa yet as it hasn’t arrived but good quality and nice firm seats in store.

Nicola was very informative, gave us lots of options and explained everything clearly. No pressure sales, a nice experience from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and will be back in the future

Mandy put us at ease straight away she was also very knowledgeable all the staff were very pleasant all in all it was a very pleasant experience
