From start to finish the selection and order process was very simple. Everything was explained in perfect detail, special Thanks to Rhianna who was incredibly helpful and friendly, not at all pushy and answered all of my questions with knowledge and professionalism.

Unable to comment on delivery and final product as I've delayed the arrival at a time to suit myself, but the process of doing so was also hassle free.

Mandy the assistant was very helpful and helped me to find the perfect sofa. Price very reasonable and it was delivered on time. The correspondence excellent and the driver rang me 20 before they completed the delivery.

The sofa I received does not resemble the quality or standard of the sofa displayed in your showroom. It is visibly asymmetrical and, in my view, falls well below the standard I was entitled to expect when making the purchase.

I was particularly disappointed that the first inspection report attributed the condition to accidental misuse by the customer, despite photographs I took less than an hour after delivery showing the sofa in the condition in which it was supplied. I had not properly inspected the sofa at the point of delivery because I was occupied dismantling my old sofa so that it could be removed and taken to the tip.

I also dispute the findings of the second engineer, who concluded that the issues were within acceptable tolerances. This does not adequately address the obvious differences in appearance, symmetry, finish and overall quality between the sofa delivered to me and the showroom model I purchased it from. An internal tolerance does not, in itself, demonstrate that the sofa is of satisfactory quality or matches the standard represented by the showroom model.

Customer services subsequently advised me that there was no issue with the sofa and therefore nothing for them to resolve. I do not accept that position.

I have now exhausted the customer-service and inspection process without reaching a satisfactory resolution. I therefore intend to pursue the matter through the Small Claims Court unless this issue is resolved appropriately.

I have retained the photographs taken shortly after delivery, the inspection reports and the relevant correspondence, which I will rely upon as evidence.

My advice please don’t bother with this big headache go elsewhere

I was given a delivery date of 11/08/2026 for my new sofas to be delivered to the store. Based on this date, and as you were unable to arrange removal of my old sofas, I organised for them to be removed and for a new carpet to be fitted on 14/08.

I visited the store on 14/08 and was then informed that there was a 5-day delay with my order. I was told that this would be looked into and that I would receive a call back with an update. Unfortunately, I have received no call.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and communication I have received. I made arrangements and incurred additional costs based on the delivery date I was originally given, only to be left without any update

While in the shop, I never felt pressured. Any questions I had were answered clearly. There is an amazing range of fabrics. The salesperson ( trainee ) was very helpful. The only minor criticism would be that after deciding on my purchase, the sales procedure is quite lengthy.

Delivery incomplete, furniture returned to store as the 1 man could not navigate our stairs. When purchased we stated we live in a first floor flat. The man in the shop stated this was not a problem has he demonstrated how the furniture could be dismantled. We have been totally mislead.

Very rude sales assistant with telephone manners. No help no real response or knew anything with my order. Waste of time waste of money. She couldn’t tell me anything! My sofas lost none of them know where it is. Ridiculous company.

The salesperson we dealt with was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable of the products. The only flaw was the overly aggreesive pushing of the very expensive extended warranty which I had to repeat firmly many times that I absolutely did not want.
