Staff were fantastic. They could answer all queries. They provided all unfo about our purchase. Also very polite & tried hard to make sure we had a good experience.
We waited for suit for about 12 weeks no probs only problem when we went for it paid Deposit 3 days later dropped down about 300 pounds did not won't to now so a bit disappointed

Terrific knowledge and approach to the customer
We had a great customer experience with Kate at Poltronesofa’s Aintree store.
She opened our eyes to the bespoke sofa building experience offered with extensive knowledge combined with the perfect sales tone in that she was never pushy but always informative, helping us to come to the right decision for what we wanted.

Firstly you emailed the day prior to delivery and then gave time and date , but never thought to send maybe one week prior so people can make plans to except delivery my wife lost a days pay to receive the unit which to me is really unexceptionable poor planning on your side of things

Fabulous chair
We first met Kate who explained all about the chairs that we were looking at. She was very helpful and friendly. In all aspects. We returned two days later to purchase the chair.
The shop itself is very well laid out, spotlessly clean and a nice environment to be in when looking at furniture.
