Extremely helpful people in store

Staff were fantastic.
They could answer all queries. They provided all unfo about our purchase.
Also very polite & tried hard to make sure we had a good experience.

The staff were lovely, especially Kate, she went above and beyond to help us. We wandered around the store at our leisure. There was no pressure and we bought a lovely corner unit .

Buying from Poltronesofa was a no fuss superb experience, good knowledgeable staff who werent pushy.
The two guys who delivered the sofa were pleasant and respected my property.

We waited for suit for about 12 weeks no probs only problem when we went for it paid
Deposit 3 days later dropped down about 300 pounds did not won't to now so a bit disappointed

Katie was fabulous and so patient with me as I couldn’t decide on a colour and then finally picked one only to change my mind when I home. She sorted it all for me and nothing was too much trouble. Great service

The staff were friendly, and gave us plenty of time to look around, try various chairs for comfort. We only wanted one armchair - for my use because I have a bad back and our existing lounge suite is uncomfortable (for me, not the rest of the family). I found two armchairs very comfortable and had the opportunity to spend about 15-20 minutes sitting in each one to help me decide. Once I chose the chair, we were given several options as to colour, fabric, recliner (or not) and never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision.
The gentleman who served us was Louie and he explained everything perfectly, making sure we were happy with our choice.

The staff at your Aintree store were all both professional and knowledgeable. Louis approached us in a very friendly way and showed us all the corner sofas I was interested in. He was very helpful and my order was sorted very quickly. Thank you Louis and Kate.

Was made to feel welcome as soon as we went into shop they young lady that came to us was lovely from the start nothing was to much trouble we told her what we were looking for and she made sure she showed us all she thought would suit us from prices to materials she is such a credit to your company wasn't pushy just let us take our time and made sure we chosen what was best for our needs.

Great amount of fabric choices for each sofa. Simon at Aintree was very helpful gave good advice on each piece of furniture. Didn't feel pressured into buying, allowed to think about purchase before placing order.
