The quality of the product was good, but shipping and exchange/ return- conditions were not satisfying, not the same standard as most other shops offer. Long, quiet complicated, not for free and lacking transparency

Since we’re based in Sweden, customers in Germany send their returns to our logistics partner in Germany. From there, the parcels are consolidated and forwarded to our main warehouse in Sweden, where they are registered and refunded. Because of this process, the handling time for returns can be slightly longer than with companies located directly in Germany.

More than I could've asked for. There was apparently some problem with shipping so they did ship my product with a more expensive & faster shipping than the standard as soon as they noticed that.
Product itself (925 silver chain bracelet) is just what I was looking for. Came in a great pouch too.
Can recommend!

Great Stuff…
*Updated Review*
Recently had an issue with a tie I liked so much I bought it a second time after putting it through the wash by mistake. I found a slight defect with it and it was hard to provide a picture of it due to the camera resolution. After an initial mis-communication my issue has now been fully resolved.
I wanted to update my review to reflect that the company went above and beyond to address my concerns and provide a resolution - Thanks!

Delays and unhelpful customer service.
I purchased an item as a gift with a specfic date in mind. I checked the website which states delivery in 5/6 working days. Although Royal Mail kept the parcel longer than expected (15 working days) it missed my specic deadline. I see that others on this Trustpiolt site have had similar problems. To make matters worse, after admitting that they have breached their contract with me, I need to return the item because its not now needed, which Sandra at Scottsberry says this must be done at MY cost. She then returns this to the manufacturer in Denmark before I get my refund. Im not saying don't use Scottsberry but make sure you're not on a deadline or that the item is exactly what you want, otherwise it will cost you money and effort for something outside your control and I see I'm not the only person with this experience.

As their customer, you'll feel in the first place, even if a problem occurred.
We had some problems with the post, and it wasn't their fault, but they still gave us fast and kind feedback and did their best to solve it. After the problem was solved, they gifted us with a free tie even though they weren't responsible for the delay. This gesture shows how much they truly care about their customers.
