Recently had an issue with a tie I liked so much I bought it a second time after putting it through the wash by mistake. I found a slight defect with it and it was hard to provide a picture of it due to the camera resolution. After an initial mis-communication my issue has now been fully resolved.
I wanted to update my review to reflect that the company went above and beyond to address my concerns and provide a resolution - Thanks!

Delays and unhelpful customer service.
I purchased an item as a gift with a specfic date in mind. I checked the website which states delivery in 5/6 working days. Although Royal Mail kept the parcel longer than expected (15 working days) it missed my specic deadline. I see that others on this Trustpiolt site have had similar problems. To make matters worse, after admitting that they have breached their contract with me, I need to return the item because its not now needed, which Sandra at Scottsberry says this must be done at MY cost. She then returns this to the manufacturer in Denmark before I get my refund. Im not saying don't use Scottsberry but make sure you're not on a deadline or that the item is exactly what you want, otherwise it will cost you money and effort for something outside your control and I see I'm not the only person with this experience.

To resolve the situation, we offered to send a replacement parcel. When the original parcel eventually arrived, you chose to return it instead, and we have since processed your refund in full. We have also been in contact with you directly regarding compensation for the return cost.

Customer oriented company
As their customer, you'll feel in the first place, even if a problem occurred.
We had some problems with the post, and it wasn't their fault, but they still gave us fast and kind feedback and did their best to solve it. After the problem was solved, they gifted us with a free tie even though they weren't responsible for the delay. This gesture shows how much they truly care about their customers.

Bra slips, snabb leverans.
Beställde en vit slips inför en begravning men var osäker på om jag beställde den försent. Företaget skickade slipsen samma dag och den kom i brevlådan dagen efter. Slipsen är fin och passar bra. Jag är väldigt nöjd!

total waste of money
I made a mistake and bought a couple of scarves from them.
The color of the scarves is not as it appears in the photos—they’ve heavily altered the images, in my opinion. If you check other negative comments, you will see the same experience with ties, etc. Don't fall for the company's effectively fake photos.
The quality of the scarves is terrible. It’s the coarsest material I’ve ever seen in this price range. And def not silk or even something close.

Regarding the material, the scarves you purchased are made of 70% cotton and 30% silk, as clearly stated in the product description. We never claim they are made of pure silk. These scarves are produced in Italy by experienced textile mills, and we take great pride in selecting high-quality fabrics. I bought 3 ties from this company and…
I bought 3 ties from this company and to say I’m disappointed is a massive understatement, I feel completely robbed. Despite paying a premium price, what I received looked nothing like what was advertised. All three ties appeared USED — wrinkled, poorly packaged, and with that second-hand feel no one wants when buying something new.
There was zero resemblance to the sleek, high-quality items shown on their website. This was a complete bait-and-switch. It’s shocking that a business would think it’s acceptable to repackage subpar or previously worn items and send them out as new.
I wouldn't recommend this company to even my worst enemy, let alone a friend. Save your hard-earned money, you deserve better. This company does not deliver on its promises and clearly has no standards when it comes to quality or customer satisfaction.
STAY AWAY.

Bestellung kam nie an. Warte auf Rückerstattung
Ich habe am 10.05.2025 eine Bestellung bei Scottsberry aufgegeben. Leider ist die Ware nie angekommen. Seitdem warte ich vergeblich auf eine Rückerstattung.
Ich habe bereits mehrere E-Mails an den Kundenservice geschrieben, aber bisher keine zufriedenstellende Antwort oder Lösung erhalten. Es wirkt leider so, als würde man mich ignorieren.

High Cost, Low Quality
The cost of the tie and the handkerchief did not meet the £40 price tag.
The stitching and finish is a very poor quality.
Really disappionted as the colour was just what I'd been looking for.

Så sker der en fejl om jeg komme til at trykke forkert str da jeg bestiller varen.

Versand war schnell, Qualität der Ware okay.
Es gibt keinen kostenlosen Rückversand - mh auch noch okay. Aber eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 10 Euro zu erheben für zurückgesendete Artikel finde ich eine Frechheit und habe ich noch nie erlebt
