You won't get a refund.
I sent back the product to the office in York and after waiting 2 weeks with no word whatsoever if it was received or not I contacted customer service, only then to be told it could take a further 2 weeks as it is sent to Sweden for processing. It has now been almost 2 MONTHS with no word, updates, nothing. It does not take 2 months to refund a pocket square, even if they are based in Sweden. I have just tried to email again and the email is coming back as unable to send. It'll be easier to buy from China and return. Don't waste your time and money. In reply to Johan, I have the emails from Sandra stating it needs to be sent back to Sweden from the 17th September.

Die Bestellung war einfach und die Lieferung pünktlich. Alles in allem war das Armband, das ist bestellt hatte sehr gut, jedoch weiß ich noch nicht, ob sich in Zukunft irgendetwas ändert, verfärbt oder so.
