I was very pleased with the work of the 2 Scott Findlay plumbers who fitted safety compliant flue sections in the roofspace of my daughter's third floor tenement flat as some work on the roof was also required and this deterred a number of plumbing companies that I had contacted. They also repaired the toilet pan and replaced a radiator thermostat valve. Both Jack and Gerard were diligent but also friendly and helpful with advice on other aspects of the flat's plumbing. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

As I wrote in the Google review earlier, I was again impressed by the prompt and efficient response to my request for plumbing help. The receptionist was friendly, clear and reassuring. The engineer was prompt , a very clear communicator, and really effective. Scott Findlay is my firm of choice for brilliant service.

Servicing of boiler:
Polite, efficient, tidy and helpful!

Booking was very easy and on the day we were texted about arrival time. The engineer and apprentice were respectful of the property, wearing overshoes, did a thorough service and reported their results before clearing up and leaving. Had a good discussion about boiler types too

The Scott Findlay team have always been great. I usually use them for boiler servicing, but when my shower broke they managed to come out the same day, which was hugely appreciated.

What should have been a fairly straightforward job turned into something a bit trickier, but the plumber was so helpful, patient and good humoured throughout. The rates were also very reasonable, especially given how quickly they were able to help.

Huge thanks to the team, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Installed and serviced my previous boiler as well as installing this one. Staff friendly and helpful. Always provide a high standard of service, timekeeping and clean up after any work completed.

These guys installed my boiler and have carried out its Yearly maintenance ever since. I wouldn’t consider anyone else as they are absolute professionals when it comes to customers & service.

I was very pleased with the help I was given by Scott Findlay re helping me get to grips with what seemed like a very sophisticated heating system, unlike anything I had encountered before, in my new flat. Good advice was given and the engineer who called was very friendly and good at explaining how everything worked. He also quickly found a valve which was ‘stuck’ and this explained how the bedroom zone radiators were permanently on.
