Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. My engineer Alan was tremendously experienced and good at his job. I knew he'd do the best work possible. I'm very happy to be with Scott Findlay.
Scott Findlay was called out as my heating would not switch off. The offending value was quickly replaced and the problem rectified. I would recommend Scott Findlay to other people.

I have used Scott Findlay for several years now, and each and every time they have provided an excellent service. This particular occasion was no exception. Albert, their technician, arrived promptly, and after a few friendly exchanges got down to the task in hand - a boiler inspection. He was extremely thorough and professional, and was mindful of my property. Also, the reception staff have a very pleasant and accommodating manner, making any booking easy and stress-free. Even their payment system is user friendly, with an interactive portion within their invoice! I can unreservedly recommend Scott Findlay on every level of professionalism!

Plumber turned up on time and quickly identified the issue. He explained it to me in layman's terms and left to source a required part. He returned with said part, fitted it quickly, and checked the results. This was all done in less than an hour and at a reasonable price. Very pleased with the work done.

Replacement Worcester combi boiler fitted very speedily and expertly, and at a good price, by Edmund so only without hot water a few days.
Can highly recommend the Scott Findlay team for their expertise in gas heating and plumbing work, maintenance and trustworthiness.
