Amazing qualify stunning packaging and great service

One of the best wax melts company’s I have ever used their wax melts smell insane and you can always smell them through the box, also do amazing room sprays carpet (shake and vac) and bath products never can fault scented gem will always use them

I came across Scented Gem through Facebook and have never bought other brand wax melts since.
Gemma and Jamie are such lovely people and their customer service is 5 star.
There are always new products coming out as well as wax melts and they take so much pride in the presentation of their products.
I love the body whips almost as much as Gemma does making then.
My favourite is my wax monthly subscription box ,this month was associated around August and Gemma puts in little quotes, a lovely Autumn leaf and its nice wrapped in tissue . I look forward to this every month.
If you havnt tried Scented Gem yet then make it a must you will not be disappointed.

Gemma and Jamie’s customer service is amazing. The bath stuff, is phenomenal. The whip soaps are great for shaving, they leave my legs so soft. I will never use shaving foam again. The scents are sooo strong! The 2 in 1 leave my hair so soft and shiny and the shimmering bubble bath is insane. My 1 year old will not have a bath without ScentedGems bubbles, they are great for his skin. The wax melts last for ages, I struggled for so long to find someone who provides wax melts with such a strong scent and I soon did! I will not ship anywhere else for wax melts or bath products now. Thank you so much and I can’t wait for next restock

I can’t recommend scented gem enough. No job too big or too small. They cater for everyone. Wax melts are always so strong and last at least 7 days. Bath products are the best I’ve ever bought and leave me feeling so clean. If you haven’t already you really need to try their products.

After receiving my autumn collection on Wednesday (VERY FAST DELIVERY 😍) I am beyond thrilled with every item. The products be it wax melts or bath products all have amazing scents that last even the day after using them, they are all so beautiful packaged. Thank you. I will never use anyone else for my home fragrance/bath product needs.

I'm a shake and vac lover, and all scents I have recieved so far have been lovely! Currently on the Barbie range which has been my favourite so far.

Scented gem are the best you wont find better anywhere else. I can't thank scented gem enough this week after what dpd have done. They have been constantly at the parcel shop asking why my parcel hasn't been picked up as its been there since Monday afternoon. keeping an eye on my parcel and on the phone as well to dpd asking why the other parcels weren't picked up along with mine and always keeping in contact to let me know what was going on. You really have gone above and beyond. All the products smell amazing and last so long. I'm in love with the scent of the barbie dream house and the barbie let's go party that is going to be my favourite shampoo so I hope you will bring it out again soon. Anyone who needs a new shampoo should try this one my hair since using this is always soft and silky and smells amazing. Even my kids love using it. The whip soap you can use when shaving as well and it really does work so much better than shaving foam my teenage daughter loves it. Cozy cardigan is going to be in my burner next. Now ive got to keep it all out ready for the kids to smell when they get in from school. Thank you again you have knocked it out the park. X

Some absolutely fantastic products. Ive ordered roughly 4 times and im a lifelong customer now for sure .
I'm especially fond of the Caribbean berry and melon wax melts. They were amazing at filling my house with a gorgeous scent and definitely helped if not solved the scent of 5 dogs in my house :) will be definitely a regular 😀

Ordered a few times and I'm never disappointed absolutely love the limited edition items especially MALIBU BARBIE😍 can't get enough! Would 1000% recommend Scented Gem to anyone. Wax melts are amazing and last for ages! Scent still smells as if you've just opened it even after a few burns. All bath/shower products are beautiful and perfect for sensitive skin - my child suffers from bad eczema flare ups but everything is perfect for his skin too which is amazing❤️

Absolutely love scented gems! My favourites are the wax melts and the loaded sponges, they smell amazing and last longer than others i have tried. Scented gems always keep in contact with you about your order/delivery so you're always in the know, this is the only place i get my wax melts from now and would highly recommend.

I'm really fussy with smells and had never used wax melts before until I received some Scented Gem ones for my birthday. I have since placed two orders myself and not found one i don't like the smell of, would highly recommend ❤️
