I have had a very positive experience. My consultant is always helpful, keeps me updated, and regularly checks in to make sure everything is progressing smoothlyI . He explains things clearly, lets me know if there is anything I need to do, and is always quick to respond to queries. His support and communication have been excellent throughout.

Worst experience in getting compliance. Nonchalant. You chase up things and no one gets back, you call you hardly gets through,they promise just making things up.
Proceed with caution. I wouldn't deal with them. What a waste .

Excellent care and compassionate staff
I had a very positive experience with Sanctuary Care. From the beginning, the staff were professional, kind, and genuinely caring. They took the time to listen and made sure everything was handled smoothly, which really put me at ease.
The level of communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt informed and supported. What stood out most was their compassion and patience they treat people with dignity and respect, which makes a big difference.

Too many people getting involved with constant requests to repeat and send personal documentation in.
I chose to decline dealing with SP due to this.
