Did not Explain the contract properly! Just to get a sale.
I went through Love Energy to get a business electric contract. I was originally going to go to Scottish Power direct but Love Energy said they could beat their price. WORST MISTAKE I EVER MADE. The thing they didn't explain properly was that the Scottish Power 'For Business' tariff is not a fixed price tariff just fixed term. They said that there were non-commodity charges which would go up every quarter BUT THEY DONT TELL YOU HAVE THEY BILL IT. They increase your kwh charges NOT via an addition of a certain amount on your bill (which was what I was expecting). I have complained and they said their person on the phone could have explained things a bit better, how about £50 as a good-will gesture! THINK NOT! I am tied into this until 2028, goodness knows that prices I am going to be paying then. Love Energy have not been helpful and just said I cannot get out of the contract. I shall be taking this further!!

I would not recommend this company due to high pressure sales tactics
I would not recommend this company based on my recent experience.
After discussions about renewing my water contract, I felt the approach was overly high-pressure, which prompted me to review the figures more carefully. I then discovered that the retail figure quoted to me had increased by over 400% and was around twice as high as a direct quote I obtained from Everflow.
After checking the wider market, I secured a significantly better deal elsewhere, saving over £200 per year.
I raised my concerns with the company, but the response I received was unsatisfactory and did not properly address the issues I had raised. Overall, the experience left me feeling that the renewal process lacked transparency and that my concerns were not taken seriously.
Based on this experience, I would advise others to carefully check any figures quoted and compare the market before agreeing to a renewal.
