Sanctuary Recruitment Agency team are approachable, professional and supportive. Jess is my main point of contact, always polite, friendly and helpful. In fact all the team are great Bethany, Maria, Katie and the after hours team as well. Scrub top is provided for uniform, as well as name badge. The Deputy app is user friendly with selection of available shifts, to adding your availability, monitoring your timesheets. Great hourly rates and weekly pay, plus super, laundry allowance. Easy to track your upcoming shifts on the app, with shift details including address, facility info and location - which you can click apple or google maps that will direct you to the location - super easy. Great experience!

Worst company to get registered with
I previously left a positive review because I believed their lies.
I done everything in a timely manner everything they asked for I provided effectively as they promised me work in my area.
Then Alex the manager told me they gave the shifts to another candidate who’s been registered “quicker” than me.
An awful waste of time and money from my side having to go to all training sessions and being so willing to work with them.
Jack been very reluctant to get back to me regarding shifts unless I chased up nothing was communicated.
For shame !!!!

I have had a really positive experience…
I have had a really positive experience with this agency. They have been extremely supportive and helpful from the beginning, whether it’s been queries about pay, shifts, or anything else I’ve needed assistance with.
There are plenty of hours available, and communication is excellent. The team are very informative, approachable and always happy to help when I have a question or need clarification.
I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable work and a supportive team.

They always paid on time, the ensure that I am up to date with my mandatory training.

Switch to Sanctuary for excellent service
I switched to Sanctuary during a period when I needed proactive action to be taken to help me secure another placement. I can only say that my consultant, Ali Guite has been truly excellent!! He consistently sends out roles, checks in on your progress and brings so much positivity. Change to Agency role
I have recently joined Sanctuary and Alistair Guite has been great in terms of communication and sending me regular updates about jobs i might be interested in. I've now secured a role and Alistair continues to check in with me and has helped explain all of the processes to me. He is really helpful and responds very quickly, he also let's you know if he is away and who to go to when he is not available. Sanctuary and Alistair were recommended to me and I would highly recommend to any social workers out there looking to change to an agency role in the future.
