Since having Salon Spy we gain so many new clients in our salon, we always ask our clients how did you hear about us if there new to the town and the answer is most of the time other than clients recommending us it’s all our up to date reviews online! so it’s great for us! Just been to Roland John in Warminster with my husband. This was a fantastic experience. We were isolated in a small, spotless room so we felt safe to enjoy complementary coffee. Amy, our hairdresser was as usual extremely friendly and careful. Roland John has been so well organised over this pandemic. As regular customers we have felt totally safe and respected. It continues to be an extremely professional salon.

Been working with Adam and his team since November 2018 when I installed a new booking system via isalon. The platform itself is just wonderful,there are so many companies out there trying to reinvent everything when it's not needed. Salonspy does everything I want as a salon owner and does it perfectly! I've had NO problems at all from day one. We recently added a new widget to our website streaming new reviews at the bottom of our home page from salonspy direct and it has worked brilliantly for us! There was a small issue regarding this and Adam worked for 2 weeks to resolve it. He didn't come back to me in between spoon feeding me rubbish, he just got on and informed me when it was resolved 100%. I pay a lot of companies for a lot of services and I can honestly say that absolutely none of them come close to Salonspy for what we receive and for what we pay. It is the most effective and the cheapest form of advertising we do. As long as they are operating we will be a client! Best of luck for the future guys!

Salonspy is a great resource to measure how a salon is performing, reviews are left by genuine customers that are verified by the salon software systems that salonspy integrates with.

Probably the best thing we have done for the salon. It is totally independent, salon spy contacts our customers (we have no ideas which ones) and they can rate us and leave a message. Initially it was quite scary, we would get alerted to a new review and you get a surge of butterflies as we opened up the review to see what the customer says. I can honestly say that customers have been amazing and it enables them to tell their stylist the most loveliest things. The stylists love the reviews, the salon owner loves the reviews, the social media person loves the reviews! We have received a couple of trickier ones the years and I can say that it gives management a window to identify any potential issues the customer has had and then the best bit is having the opportunity to resolve the issue, turn it around and keep your customer. What’s the alternative- the customer leaves, you have no idea why and your business suffers.
