The only slight issue for me was the months of radio silence. I was never updated on the progress of any potential sale and become rather disappointed after a few months of nothing. The one time I did see a picture of my saddle, they were using it for an advertisement on social media selling their own products (girth and leathers) but never actually mentioned the saddle was for sale at all! Personally I thought was rather cheeky when the saddle is with them to be sold not to be used as a prop!

I recently requested the saddle was returned to me and this process was super easy and it arrived in a few days.

Saddles were as described and arrived promptly. Sadly neither fitted but return and refund were also arranged quickly.

Saddle made it from across the ocean to us quickly and in wonderful condition - even better than anticipated. Thank you!!
