Quick friendly response, saddle fitting sorted promptly

The process of selling my saddle was clear and transparent, the instructions were helpful and the price was very fair. Even though it took a while to sell, the price was not reduced, which impressed me. My only quibble is that I had to chase to find out what was happening - on my first enquiry, I was given a code to track my saddle but after a few weeks it no longer worked and my saddle had disappeared from the website. I sent another email and was told that it had been sold, subject to a "cooling off" period and that accounts would be in touch once this had expired. Once it was sold, payment was very prompt. Overall, a really good service.

One less star for simple reason of, no commission percentage rate was viewable. I was able to work out the percentage myself, after being given the valuation amounts. Having the commission rate viewable helps the customer make informed decisions.

Smooth process from start to finish, sold my saddle with saddles direct on a commission sale after struggling to sell via other routes. Took a few months from start to finish but very easy process from sending my saddle to them to receiving the final payment. Highly recommend and grateful for a hassle free sale.

Quick easy efficient

I asked for advice virtually because I have been watching the ladies videos for a long time and needed some advice. I am way too far for them to saddle fit physically. They were so helpful and informative even though they really didn't have to be. I sent some information and some pictures. Truly happy with the ladies and wish them well!
