Although it took a while to sell my saddle due to market conditions, Saddles Direct kept in touch and when it eventually sold, the process was simple. I was paid as agreed, and all hassle free. So much so, I am about to organise the sale of a jumping saddle we no longer use.

I bought this saddle from the company several years ago. Sadly I lost my horse, so no longer needed her saddle. They were sympathetic and helpful, and advised although they wouldn't be able to purchase the saddle outright due to its age, they could still try a sale on a commission basis.
It was easy to box it up, pay £25 for postage to their shop, and just a few days later it was listed on their website. It took a few weeks to sell (as they advised it would). Then after the 14 day period with the new saddle owner was up, they immediately transferred the commission value to my account.

The team were speedy, kind, and provided updates throughout the saddles journey. I would thoroughly recommend selling a saddle with them.

I ordered a girth which arrived in a timely manner and I'm very happy with that and the leather cleaning kit.

Excellent service with good communication

Having just sold my saddle through Saddles Direct, I was very pleased with the service. From the initial contact, through uploading images and getting the saddle shipped, it was all very straightforward. It took all of the hassle out of selling my saddle - if I am selling a saddle in the future I will use them again!

The saddle didn't fit my pony and after I requested to return it for a refund the customer service was diabolical. They advised the refund would take 10-14 working days yet when I paid for the saddle the received their money instantly.
They also took a £10 admin from my refund which is apparently in the T&C's. When i finally received an email detailing my refund it said the £10 deduction was for shipping, yet i picked the saddle up and returned it in person.I was not once told about any T&C's. They just wanted my money, and were most unhelpful when I asked to return for a refund.

Saddles Direct have sold a couple of my saddles and I have bought a couple from them. Customer service has been brilliant as have the saddle fitters.Laura in particular went way above and beyond with one of my saddles that the manufacturer messed up when they adjusted the tree--she sorted out a very difficult problem much to my major satisfaction!

I sold a saddle through saddles direct, it had unusual measurements so it took a while to sell which they had warned me about at the start. They always responded promptly when I asked for updates and when it did sell the money was transferred quickly. Would definitely use them again.

Great quality and quick delivery

I needed a saddle and contacted Saddles Direct. They had many possibles, there were several makes and types to try. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I tried in total 6 saddles. Before I finally decided I booked their Saddle fitter. Communication was excellent, with text reminders. Sarah arrived on time and was amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and was able to recommend the exact saddle that was right for both of us. The whole experience was exciting, I felt I was in capable hands and learnt a lot about my horse's shape and am glad I chose Saddles Direct. Highly recommended.
