Ordered 3 x 35 XL Really Useful Boxes, c/w extra height lids for storing LP records for a decent price. However, I received 3 x 35L boxes instead which have the standard lids so unsuitable for records. Phoned to sort out and arrange replacement lids of the XL type which they initially agreed to. A short while later Ryman phoned back to say XL lids could not be sent separately and instead the 35L boxes had to be returned and once scanned by the collection courier a replacement set of the correct type boxes would be dispatched, fair enough I thought. Their nominated courier was arranged for a few days later and you've guessed it, they didn't turn up, I waited in all day wasting valuable time, coincidentally the courier app stills says awaiting collection. I sent in a complaint to Ryman saying I had wasted a day awaiting collection and that I wasn't happy to lose anymore time rearranging another collection timeslot. I didn't get a response for 4 or 5 days but apologies were expressed. In the meantime I had disposed of the 35L boxes locally and went elsewhere for the 35XL boxes.

The prices for my boxes were reasonable, the packaging was in good shape, no damage, and delivery was expeditious. 10/10

I found the site difficult to navigate and there was not enough product information for me to make the correct choice. I did in the end order something (set of drawers for A4 paper). I wanted to use them for storage inside a cupboard but in the end they weren't really the right size. I also put something on my Wishlist which has never been notified of. I have used what I got in a different way but will not buy online again. I have always shopped at Horsham shop before so if what I want is not there I will not go online. I regularly shop in Robert Dyas store and online in Haywards Heath but they do not have as much stock as Horsham in the statioery line.

Once again I was really pleased with my printed posters that I collected from Rymans for a party we threw for my mother in laws birthday. The quality was great, they printed much better than I could’ve ever done on our home printer and looked so clear. They printed them really quickly too and the price was low too. Great service and product.

I wanted to print a document at the Chester store, simple you would think.

I emailed it over and all it should have taken was nothing more then the team member to click print.... instead she read the entire document, laught and then read aloud a section of text for the entire shop to hear.

I was mortified and was left feeling violated. I trusted the company with something personal and privet and to have it mocked, shared and disrespect was humiliating and unprofessional.

I was close to raging at the staff member but decided to take my print outs and leave. I only hope my personal documents where not saved for their amusement.

The staff at the Borough site were amazing. Welcoming, helpful, patient. I wanted to collect my online print job but realised that I could print something there. I was given the assistance to do so. Very pleasant experience and I will certainly return to this store.

Iga was so efficient noting I was missing a page and much more to reflect her keen observation. Her politeness, efficient woven with patience and a smile is an unbeatable combination. Easy online order. Collected from Bath store but son wanted to swap for a different pencil case found in store. Staff in Bath store were super helpful and did the online return form then sent the pencil case back for me. Bought loads of stuff using the 10% off code in store. Overall a very happy son, so a very happy me. Will definitely shop more, and with confidence, from Ryman.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about stock and Ryman app. I happily got all the GCSE Revision books I needed and at a very competitive price.
