The name tags arrived very quickly which was appreciated as I had a time limit to get the name badges made. However, on assembly the safety pin of the cage was sitting randomly onto the back of the plastic wallet and so sometimes it is high up and sometimes low down the badge. I hope this does not cause a problem for the wearer at the event.

In the Hereford branch yesterday trying to print photographs. My phone wouldn't connect to the machine and so the Manager, Lyn and Supervisor, Tracey offered to help. The machine was still difficult BUT Tracey was BRILLIANT. Whilst Lyn dealt with other customers Tracey sorted out my pictures with endless patience. Highly recommend these staff!

Would someone at Head Office please request of their deliverymen to remember that there are resident neighbours in earshot of the RYMANS they are delivering to, and making totally unnecessary NOISE, banging & crashing tailplates & palletts is unsocial & made all the more unacceptable on hot summer evenings with windows open and children sleeping…. or trying to!

Please also NOTE.. owner Theo Paphitis, as our residents would hope you too will insist on your deliveries being made as quietly as possible which i can assure you that your delivery to Kings Road SW3 at 9.00pm 3 Aug this evening was NOT…

Professional, friendly, value for money.

The two ladies Claire and Linda were were extremely cheerful and helpful in helping me chose two items of stationery and advised me also on other services that they offer.
I will definitely go to Ryman's again.

We were just looking about and my friend was gonna buy a pen then my other friend was showing something over an isle then some old grumpy woman threatened to kick us out by saying “ if your not going to buy anything you can leave “ so we did but how are you supposed to buy stuff without looking around first

me and my friends just got kicked out for looking, the worker said, “ if your not buying anything, you need to leave, this is not a playground!” so i am not going in that shop again!!

I ordered printer ink to collect in store taking advantage of a discount. Not in stock so had conflicting dates, though turned up sooner than expected. Not used ink cartridge yet

Staff accusing me of being racist without any evidence or basis.
Rude staff

The paint pots l wanted were out of stock in almost every branch and l couldn’t get past the click and collect section online.
I called into the Scarborough branch and the store manager went above and beyond to source some from another branch to have the paints sent to his store. What an absolute star.

The female assistant went far above my expectation to find the item I was looking for. Her service and willingness to go the extra mile was outstanding.
Most importantly, she did find what I was looking for and sold it to me at the online price. Brilliant.

Quick shipment, great service.

Dropped off a DHL return at the Artillery Row branch in Westminster. No receipt provided but I trusted that they’d scanned it correctly. Found out later that DHL never received it and I’ve lost a lot of money as a result. Either it was simply lost (which I find implausible as it is a large box and would have turned up) or never scanned and taken by staff.

I visited Rymans on Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow. The customer service was absolutely exceptional and I would like to say a massive thank you to Anna who went above and beyond to help me with I’d badges and laminates. She is a credit to the shop!
