experiencia engañosa

La información de envío indicaba que se enviaría al día siguiente por 13,99 €, así que pedí el producto el 29 de diciembre, con la expectativa de que se enviara el 30 de diciembre. Se lo prometí a mis hijos, pero lamentablemente, la entrega la gestionó una empresa externa, GLS, y el pedido no llegó hasta hoy, 5 de enero de 2026. ¡Eso son ocho días! Esto es claramente engañoso para el cliente.

La empresa intermediaria, GLS, también tenía la dirección, pero ofrecía otras opciones. Elegí la ubicación más cercana en el mapa... ¡y al recibir el pedido, resultó ser una tienda de celulares! ¿Es esto siquiera posible ??!!!??

Hi Mohd, your order was sent on the 30th? I don't see why you are saying it wasn't?

You placed your order on the 29th, we sent it on the 30th and it is now delivered, that is 3 working days excluding Holidays and weekends, which is exactly what we advertise.

You also selected a drop off point when GLS emailed you, they offer this on all orders incase you would prefer to pick it up locally for convenience (for example if you are not going to be home) you selected a pick up point and we offered to contact GLS to change it but you declined. I'm not sure what the issue is here to be honest.

Just great! No complaints.

Definitely my number 1 choice for getting UK products in Spain.

They have an excellent selection, and though I wish it was cheaper that's just the reality of importing from the UK! In any case, compared to other shops online, the prices are very competitive. The shipping costs are also very reasonable, and much more straightforward than I've often found to be the case.

Beyond that, on a couple of occasions I've had to get in touch with their customer service team (once because I messed up my order and another time because I had a query about the site), and on both occasions they were really pleasant, helpful and efficient. They really put in the effort to get things sorted, and they made me feel like they definitely value their customers.

Unreservedly, highly recommended.

My first order was great.however not…

My first order was great.however not such a good experience with my second order.
The 2 nd order hasn’t arrived as yet.
I ordered again from them because of my previous experience.
However the cost of delivery was extortionate, £60.
Ridiculous!!
I will not be using them again

Brilliant service

Brilliant service, the packing is phenomenal. Always shop here for items that I can’t find locally. Used their service about 5 times previously, this time delivery was slow, not the fault of Russells, but a local delivery dealer.
