BEFORETHEFALL - SCAM!

They are a scam. Paid for a jacket in December 2025 and was told 5-7 weeks delivery. It never arrived and have not been refunded. When I contacted them, I was told it would be sent soon. Was given a UPS tracker but UPS stated that they never received the package. 1000% SCAM.

All perfect

I ordered a puffer jacket and the quality is perfect it was a size too small first so i send it back and it came quick in a size bigger and it fits perfectly.

Good quality

The quality is pretty good, the staff is Nice and respond to message. But the only thing is that they take a bit long to send your package but you will have it don’t worry!

Good Jacket

Shipping and production took a pretty long time, but it was worth it because the quality and design of the puffer came exactly as expected. I’m super happy with my purchase and have no regrets. I recommend this brand! 💯

The ig brand BeforeTheFall

The production time really took a lot of time but it was all worth it. The puffer I ordered is really great and the sizing is on point.
The customer service is also very good. They respond really fast and give almost daily updates about the production and the shipping.
I truly recommend this brand.

Scam, time wasted.

Scam, they delay your package on purpose and then never send your item.

I have requested a ton cancellation of the package to get my money back and they never provided.

I love my jeans I got from there and I wear them almost everyday. There comfy and have an amazing design while also being slitely lowkey. The only issue I had was that they told me they would send one out early for my birthday and it came a month late. It does say 4-6 weeks in the description however it was quite frustrating. Anyway, it is a really great brand but it does take a while for stuff to arrive which is worth it to be honest
