I had purchased a BRAZO 44-inch fire table through Amazon and it appears that in shipping the package was damaged so badly that the tempered glass table had shattered. It was a mess to clean up and I was very disappointed. But when I contacted East Oak customer service, a replacement was sent within the same day. I was relieved and amazed at the followup by customer service representatives. The replacement fire table arrived in good shape and works wonderfully. I don't know that I've experienced better customer service from any company over the years. I am thankful and appreciative of the team at East Oak.

I contacted East Oak because a piece of the ash collector in my 29” fire pit had broken. I was looking to buy a replacement and they were gracious enough to send me a free replacement. I was genuinely surprised to receive such service. I can not thank them enough for standing behind their product.

I had an issue with one of their Patio Heaters that I really enjoy, reached out to their customer service via the website and was quickly assisted. The communication was quick, clear, incredibly helpful and my issue was ultimately completely resolved. I haven't had a customer service experience this positive in quite a while.

I have purchased a 29" Firepit, Smoker and Table Top Firepit from Eastoak. All of the items I purchased are top notch in terms of quality. Additionally, their Customer Service is outstanding! After a year I had an issue with the removable ash tray in the 29" Firepit and they replaced it immediately.

On initial start-up control panel failed. Power to unit good. Warranty does not cover shipping on returns. Unit looks good but not fit for purpose.

Great smoker, replaced our Masterbuilt. East Oak is a much better product. Better built and easier to use. Water tray, drip tray, and wood chip replenishment much better.

Shipped on time, needed accessories after the fact and can only receive packages via ground,,, no problem.

I have riverbend ranch steaks and roasts plus two beautiful racks of lamb that r going on this baby.

Smoked chicken 1/4's and a thick elk burger so far, this thing rocks.

Customer service is too nice. They respond :-). They actually answer the phone, they care.

Nobody cares how much ya know till they know how much you care.

We ordered a brush off of Amazon and the wooden part of handle had broke when my husband was cleaning the grill, we contacted EastOak and they quickly responded with sending us a new one, which has been great! the Customer service is amazing and they went above and beyond by keeping us updated on when the new brush was shipped, and even a follow up email to make sure we received it! Definitely a great company to work with!

At no fault of Eastoak, my delivery address was re entered by the carrier to an old default address on my carrier profile. Luckily, I was able to retrieve my purchase. I informed Eastoak and they displayed major concerns and compassion about the incident. Also, something You rarely see anymore from company's, they sent me a free grill brush for my troubles.
I am very happy with the product line, the customer service, and I would definitely purchase here again.

I recently contacted East Oak because we lost our water pan and I wanted to get a replacement. They responded quickly and were very helpful. We love our smoker and use it so much, hopefully we don't have any other issues but if we do, it is nice to know that the customer service is actually here to support customers.

East Oak has exceptional customer service! After an initial dysfunction with the machine internals, their wonderful team shipped an entire motherboard to fix the problem, and ultimately a brand new unit at no cost to myself/my husband. Incredible and unexpected!

Extremely pleased with the customer service I received. Shirley was exceptional in her follow through for my missing part.

Very quick response to my emails, they solved my problem right away sending a new panel. My unit is working great again. Customer service is great. They were in touch with me thru whole process almost every day.

Product came missing parts. Easy to work with customer service on getting what was missing parts. Love the smoker easy to use. No fuss no must set it and forget it.

East Oak was great to work with. They honoured the warranty completely replacing our screen gazebo. As seniors we were concerned about getting it put up but east oak didn’t hesitate to help us. Great customer service. We will definitely be buying more of their products.

Its a great smoker and i use it at least 3 or 4 times a month!

We purchased an East Oak smoker based on the recommendation of a family member. It was easy to set up and use, but we felt like it wasn't generating smoke like it should especially at lower temperatures. When this same family member used our smoker they confirmed that it was not functioning nearly as well as theirs. After contacting support and answering a few basic questions they sent us an entirely new smoker and since setting up the replacement it's been absolutely wonderful. Customer service was great and our new smoker functions perfectly with minimal fuss. I would absolutely recommend East Oak to anyone looking for an easy to use electric smoker.

I purchased the East Oak Electric smoker, it did not work properly after first time. I contacted customer service and described my issue and the immediately sent me a new controller box an instructions on how to replace it. It worked perfectly after installing the new controller. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend East Oak to anyone.

I contacted EastOak because my heater would not stay lit. I had only used it two or three times since receiving it and felt that it should still be functioning. I contacted the support desk and they first provided some troubleshooting steps. After trying all and reporting back that it still didn't work - they shipped me an entire new burner assembly...It works perfectly now. Thank you!
