Fine good customer service

The rug i purchased constantly shreds. I emailed the company about it, but they are not interested. 30-day returns policy and that includes faulty items apparently. They definitely do not know consumers' rights. I paid £120 for a rug that will be bald in a couple of months. I definitely would not buy from again.

Happy with item received, looks lovely in our daughters' playroom. The rug was received rolled so the underside is outwards, so it took a little while and effort to uncurl - would recommend they are rolled the other way to prevent this. Also did not receive a dispatch confirmation/delivery date e-mail, this would have been appreciated. Overall, happy with service and would order again.

We haven't received our order. We were advised after a week that the rug chosen from the website wasn't actually available.

So I ordered a rug, it came and they had sent me the wrong colour. Contacted them via webmail, they asked for proof - pictures sent. So now I have to wait for their couriers to pick up the incorrect item, then have to wait for their warehouse to process the return and THEN I have to wait for them to contact me once this has been processed to arrange delivery of the correct item. So I have to sit here and wait weeks for them to sort out THEIR ERROR. No thank you, I'll just have a refund (once they have collected and processed, however long that takes) and order from elsewhere. Shame as the rug looked lovely but shocking customer service, wouldn't order from them again.
