Very impressive customer service

Lydia served me every step of the way. There was a small mixup in the order process and she was able to follow thru and resolve it extremely efficiently and professionally. Best of all she kept me informed at all times. Can’t speak highly enough of her dedication to customer service and satisfaction.

Simply Awesome - don’t waste your time with others!

Simply awesome.

First, my sales rep Nick was amazing! Kudos to him for being so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind.

Second, customer service was 100% what you would want out of any company. I was only ordering $500-900 worth of product and contacted them a bunch of times over the span of a week. Every single time I got someone they were pleasant and overly helpful. Haven’t received the order yet, but I’m sure I will be happy, because I know exactly what I’m getting. I’ve ordered same stuff from another company in the past.

Third, and finally, the price! Price was about 30% better than Amazon or ANY other company.

I am so happy right now with this company!

Product one star. Dalia (customer service) - ten stars.

Loooong story but I won’t do that to you. Over $2k ordered over 3 orders. No invoices ever received, only one showed up in my account (because I placed that via phone). No they aren’t in my spam folder as I received other emails from them. Multiple phone calls, no one fixed my concerns until I met Dalia. Dalia was amazing and followed up multiple times to ensure my needs were met. The tiles need better quality control, screws and slats were falling out as you removed the tiles from the boxes. I added about 400 screws to reinforce, adding hours and hours to the job. As we walk on them, screws still pop out, so I replace them. After the first rain, the tiles had water spots we couldn’t remove, with any type of cleaner or vinegar as they suggested. Stain easily around the grill.

They look great other than the spots. Get hot just like other tiles. If they added four screws to each tile and had quality control checks, these Helios six slat deck tiles could have been amazing.

Thanks to Dalia and her supervisor, I received a refund of the original order for the tiles. So the deck cost me about $300 out of pocket and 4 times longer than it should have. Time will tell if my wife asks me to replace in a year or two.

Thank you Dalia, you may have made me be a repeat customer.

Had a problem getting the mat that I order for my Nitro Tiles. Tiles are shipped but mat won't be here on time. Called Garage Floor Inc. & talked with Jonathan about the problem. He was extremely helpful & very professional. Great company. Thank you all

I have been waiting on a promised…

I have been waiting on a promised refund for an item that never shipped for over two months. I have reached out over several weeks and received promises from customer service that they have started the process without result. At this point, I will be reaching out to my bank.

Customer service was phenomenal.

Jonathan Hedgecoke had helped me in tracking my order and made me feel at ease. If you get this gentleman, please know that you are in good hands! Malia was awesome

Malia is soooo awesome. She helped me with getting an additional box of flooring since we ran a little short. We had the flooring since the beginning of May, but wasn’t able to install it until a few days ago after our patio was finished. Malia never hesitated to escalate it to her supervisor to get approval for a courtesy box to be sent to us. Thank you again Malia.

Ordered flooring for my new shop

Ordered flooring for my new shop, extremely fast shipping. Was missing some edging so I called up and talk to Malia. Told her the situation and she handled it quickly. I actually order some more stuff while on the phone for her that I forgot the first time around and it was all taken care of at the same time. replacements were shipped

I purchased a couple of 4 x 6 mats that ended up being shorter than 6 feet. Once i explained the situation and provided pictures to management the company issued replacements. Thank you :)

Malia was great

Malia was very patient and took the steps to get the process of getting a reorder done for myself. I was told that it couldn’t be done until the damages ordered was received but Malia took the proper steps to make sure that a new order was created for myself.

UPDATED - Bad customer support, bad eCommerce website, and bad resolutions

UPDATE - They sent me a follow-up offer after replying to this review. Four rolls of what they claimed to only have 2.5 of for $100 more dollars. How does this make any sense? Does anyone at this company care?

Ordered 4 rubber rolls for the 4th of July sale, a week later I got an email saying they can only sell me 2.5 rolls. I called in early in the morning to get this sorted out — the fair thing to me sounds like switching out 2 of my rolls at no extra charge. I don't even care what colors you send me.

I waited on the phone for 60 minutes and with no resolution and ultimately a full refund.

First off, why sell me 80' when you only have 50'. Secondly, how are you telling me this a whole week later. And lastly, why is there no effort in trying to make this right.

Customer support tells me they can't switch out my products. Can't help me with the price of the new rolls. Can't transfer me to someone who can help

I've lost time at work and overall I'm very frustrated. Bad customer support, bad eCommerce website. Don't recommend their services.
