Jonathan Hedgecoke was extremely helpful. He was in customer service not sales but spent the extra time to help me get my order 100% complete.

I had a shipping problem and had emailed three times, spoken to 5 other reps and no one could help me until Jonathan Hedgecoke. Not only was he friendly but he was quick in finding a solution to my problem. I appreciate his outstanding service.

I called about installing there product over tiled floor. The representative was very helpful. She sent me links on how to install properly.

Got my flooring and it was damaged. Sent pictures and they confirmed damaged and would refund money and come get product. Now been two weeks called down and asked for a manager. Let them know my money has not been refunded and product still sitting on my stoop. He told me he would have to get manager approval to refund my money. They agreed the product is unusable and damaged but they are saying they have to file a claim with fed ex and I won’t get my money until they get theirs. This is insane. And the product was bad. Also the parent company is incstores.com. Look them up horrible reviews. This is all a front. Beware

The estimated date of delivery I was given turned out to be the exact date of shipping. When the shipping date finally arrived I was sort of annoyed because things were quiet leading up to that date and all of that day. I called and spoke with Johnathan Hedgecoke and not only was he phenomenal to speak with, but he placed a notification on my file and then most importantly, he actually followed up with me the NEXT day to update me on his findings - which included the tracking number of my order! The number hadn’t even been updated in the system and I hadn't even received auto-notification of it so clearly he’s done some digging to get me the info I needed. Overall amazing customer service and generally amazing experience.

The customer service rep Jonathan was great when I called. The order was a few days late shipping, and he managed to track down the facility it was at and affirm that it was about to be picked up. It's now on its way and will be delivered in a day or two, so I am very thankful he was able to go above and beyond and help me with me order status.

I called your company about an order I placed and was assisted by Jonathan Hedgecoke. I purchased about $1500 worth of product but I did not receive an email confirmation on for this order. I saw a pending charge for this order on my credit card, and I was concerned I did not get the email. Jonathan promptly sent me email and receipt for my order, eliminating my concern. Well Done. I placed a second smaller order and paid with PayPal and immediately received the email confirmation automatically. Your automatic email confirmation process did not work when paying with a credit card.
