Received a bad role of grey floor tape (the adhesive had failed and it was sticky on both sides). Called and spoke with Arianna. Explained the situation to her and she was very apologetic for the issue and worked with me to get a new role shipped out. Arianna was polite, professional, and quickly resolved the issue for me.

We had an error in what was delivered not matching our order. I called the support number and spoke with Dori Brummer. She was very polite, listened to the issue, requested some information, and then got to work resolving the issue, which she did. A few days later we had a new shipment delivered that fixed the issue. Quick and painless. Thank you Dori!!!

Jonathan Hedgecoke was kind, quick and helpful. I’ve dealt with this company before and each time I’ve been blown away by their customer service.

The product that I ended up with, the dance trax tiles, are absolutely beautiful; however, I did have to send back my first order. The customer service was great--I never had to wait more than a minute or two for someone to answer my phone and address my concerns.

Jonathan Hedgecoke in customer service was a big help in tracking down my order and connecting me with the delivery company.

My mistake had my order less square footage than I needed. Jonathan was super helpful and patient in helping me research the state of my order, and start the cancellation process. I am told it will take 48 hours to start processing my refund after approvals. It was also easy to get to customer support, and I liked the communications process throughout my order. So far so good.

Sometimes it happens, shipped out the wrong product but Jonathan Hedgecoke made it all good.

My order arrived in separate deliveries .The initial delivery contained 1 carton of a totally different product than what I had ordered .I contacted custom service and had the good fortune to get Malia Feliciano as my CSR.Malia did everything she said she would and I got my completed order in the next day or so.My 5 star review is for the customer service .I can’t give a good review to the order picker ,because the difference in what I ordered and the extra carton was so pronounced that ,I don’t see how that mistake was made.

Quick and effective response to my concerns. I noticed I ordered the wrong edges and needed information on how to go about an exchange. I emailed the person who had previously helped me over the phone and via email when I was choosing the tiles for my patio. This company is a scam, I received a box late and it was also damaged, I tried to return it but they don't want to respect the 30 days money back warranty, THE 30 DAYS MONEY BACK WARRANTY IS A LIE! and THE FLOORING THEY SELL IS IN BAD CONDITIONS!
