I had a really great experience with Case Manager Lydia Settles....she was amazing at solving my issue when two of my home gym tiles arrived defective. She promptly sent me two new ones free of charge. Lydia is a KEEPER! Overall loved the quality of the tiles, too. Perfect for our home gym!!!

Ordered a 30 x 30 $4200. They sent me 6 cans of paint and 6 rolls of masking tape. They said stencil. Totally ridiculous. They want me to make the rounded lines???? $4200?????

NO your rep told me to pay $600 to return. When I said I would let Amex handle it, he said good luck. After reading the rest of the reviews I’m really concerned that the tiles are no good as well.

The shipper of our order damaged a large part of the order but Lydia was right there to help get us back on track! Great customer service!

I want to sing praises for Malia Feliciano. I ordered carpet squares for our motorhome and immediately knew I had chosen the wrong color. Malia helped me cancel the order. She kept me informed of the process while she worked on it, and was incredibly helpful and competent. As soon as I receive the new sample, I will place the CORRECT order. 100% satisfied with the customer service.

I wanted to commend Lydia Settles for outstanding customer service. I purchase a large number of carpet tiles for a special project and needed an additional amount to finish. The order arrived promptly, but unfortunately one tile was damaged in transit and another was defective. Lydia placed a replacement order without hesitation which arrived very quickly. Very pleasant experience overall. Thank you Lydia.

This is a follow-up to my July 14th review.

Summary of prior issue: "square" rubber were actually rectangles, I had to measure each tile to match similar length-sides as best as possible for all middle tiles, and the border tiles flat edges were shorter than the adjacent sides by at LEAST 1/8". This resulted in top and bottom of room border tiles to somewhat match but the left and right borders were impossible to fit, since the shorter border sides of the tiles couldnt match up with the longer, adjacent side. Picture a rectangle where the top and bottom were shorter than the left and right sides. The flat border tile edges are the shorter sides. So if you are careful and measure each tile for the middle section, it would fit 'ok', but otherwise would have gaps that were insurmountable to even connect the tiles! The problem is, this works ok, assuming you don't have to use the same border tiles for the left and right side of the room since the top and bottom of the room are going to have the tiles in the same orientation. When you rotate that same shorter flat side 90 degrees to do the left and right sides, they don't line up with the longer vertical edges of the middle tiles, and cannot finish the floor)

So after over a month of trying to explain this and begging to please send 12 border tiles that NEED to be adjusted so that they can fit the measurements (flat edge sides need to be 24 1/8", with adjacent sides measuring shorter at 23 7/8" to fit the defective tiles I got in the first place), they couldnt guarantee that it was even possible to cut the tiles to any specification, nor did they check them before shipment. Low and behold, I received 12 border tiles that had the same issue (border edges were about 23 7/8", with adjacent sides measuring 24 1/8" and even more in some cases). I sent videos, pictures, dimensioned diagrams, and made sure to say again and again that they need to make sure those specs are exact, otherwise its worthless, and it didnt matter.

They outsource the orders to third parties who are in different states and have no ownership (this was sourced from North Carolina and RFI is in Arizona).

I thought I could save everyone time and money by having a contractor do their best to rectify the issue and only require 12 borders cut to length so to save replacing the entire floor, but I dont know of another option at this point.

Original order was 4/26/21, received tiles around 6/18/21, first contact with customer service was 6/22/21, and it took 3 reps, 10 calls, 6 hours on hold, 2 managers, 1 case manager, and I received my 12 border tiles 7/26/21.

I spoke with Lydia about having an order cancelled because I ordered some court tiles that were going to ship out way later than I wanted to receive them. She was extremely helpful and understanding with my issue and was able to get my order cancelled so I could order the correct flooring.

I have bought several items from Rubber Flooring Inc. All great quality, with straight cut edges (a big deal when laying down multiple mats), and no smell (a big deal to my wife), with prompt and eager customer service. Many associates have helped me out, and I would love to mention them all. The last rep was Jonathan Hedgecoke who helped me out in like 20 seconds. I recommend them, and PS the Shock Mat is incredible. It really dampens the nosie like if the floor was made out of thick rolled up towels. Much better than two pure rubber mats put together.

Every person that I spoke with while trying to figure out the best option for my small home project was helpful, polite and professional. Jessica Villanueva and staff provided outstanding customer service in a prompt and friendly manner. Great communication and a good price.

Johnathan was awesome. Not only did he reach out to me proactively about a stocking issue with a remedy in place, but worked with me to provide a discount for the inconvenience as well. Super nice guy to top it off. This was probably the best customer experience I've had in the longest time!
