Quick shipping is a scam
Quick shipping is a scam. I paid extra to quick ship my flooring. The contracted trucking company told me they couldn’t find my order. I called rubberflooring and they were rude and told me I had to wait for the trucking company to find it. Meanwhile, the money has been withdrawn from my account and I am out of almost 900 bucks.

Lost my order I placed on 1/5, was scheduled to ship 1/20. I contacted them 1/22 to see why it had not shipped, they told me tracking was wrong and it had shipped. Tracking said it arrived locally 1/26, trucking company never called me. I had to call them, they told me the order never arrived. I called Rubber Flooring, they told me that I had to wait seven days for a dock search, after nine days I contacted them and they didn't respond. After 11 days I tried again, then they told me they found it and it was going to be delivered. This had been 47 days, I told them I wanted a refund and they won't respond. Nothing. TL;DR - still don't have my order after 48 days and they will not respond to me and have no respect for customers and have horrible service. Do not buy here, buy anywhere else.
After posting a review here - they replied as you can see below and the contacted me that the order would be returned and they would refund my money. That was 25 days ago and I have emailed them three times with no responses. Still no refund has been issued and they continue to ignore my emails. STILL DO NOT BUY HERE

The company would not ship the entire order that was paid for, and when they did send additional rubber tiles they were a different color than what was originally ordered.

I ordered 33 tiles, they sent 28. The poor customer service rep immediately looked at the weight of the boxes and the weight of the tiles and knew they screwed up and shorted me 5 tiles. Question: why wouldn't the shipping dept. use the same calculation as a QA method? He did get the 5 tiles placed on order but could only ship them snail mail. I asked for a supervisor to expedite the shipping and was placed in a call back queue and told not to expect a call until Monday (it was a week later before I got a call). I needed the tiles before that. Given the billing address and the shipping address are a 6 hour drive apart, the rep understood - their screw up was gong to cost me 12 hours driving. over &100 in gas and a unplanned second trip; all in much more than I spent on the entire order. Customer service without empowering the Reps to remedy screwups with our proper escalation is NO customer service at ALL! Never purchase anything from an INC.com company - THEY SUCK!!!!
They had a “supervisor” leave a voicemail a week later - they are completely clueless!

damaged, refunded
Had a damaged coin rubber floor roll on delivery. It was a bit of a battle, but I did receive a refund. I recommend to rubberflooringinc that they pad and/or wrap their heavy rolls better to avoid this problem again with others. Single layer of paper isn't adequate on something that is 7 feet long and weighs more than 420 lbs.

This company is a scam. They will not take care of you when they mis-ship your product!!!!
My $1200 order was mis-picked by the warehouse who apparently didn’t bother to compare the pallet items to the bill of lading before shipping. I called to report the issue (Order #3924749) and was told that “because it was a large order” they would not ship the product I paid for until the carrier had picked up the first shipment. I’m dumbfounded. When your warehouse screws up you hold the warehouse accountable, not the customer. I have held -literally for hours- so that Blake could work on getting the carrier to pick the bad product up. I requested a call from a supervisor and was told it had been scheduled for 2 days later. Yes, you read that correctly. No proactive calls from them, I am spending the time calling them. So the bad product was finally picked up 2 days ago and no one has reached out to me to confirm the correct product has shipped. The customer service folks are apologetic and nice but lack the systems, resources and support to service customers properly- and we deserve better!
I called several times again today but the message stated that they were too busy to take customer calls, asked that I leave my name and number, but then did not actually let me do so.
My next step is to contact my attorney. I want a full refund. I don’t trust them and have zero confidence that they can/will make this right.
This company is a sham please please don’t give them your hard-earned money!!!! Inconceivable that a company should be so inept at the basics. I truly feel bad for the folks in customer service, they deserve better too.
Update: 12/27 - called customer service twice and after waiting twelve minutes was forced to leave my info for “a call back.” Blake (who is excellent despite working for this company) sent me an email update rather than calling. (No, my product still hasn’t shipped.)
Sorry but you shouldn’t promise a call back and send an email - that’s not the same thing.
And of course the reply below to my review that includes no name or phone number so that actual communication and accountability is impossible.

Yes it took HOURS of holding and emailing and begging and bullying but the correct product finally arrived. We installed over a few days time. There is a smell but not terrible and it dissipates over time. The 3/4” foam/rubber Impact tiles were relatively easy to install and we never used the T-square (save your money). Very happy with the product - nice support but plenty of give, perfect for all home gym activities. I give the product 4 stars but the company 2 stars. Buyer Beware.

Does not get clean!
The "Designer" flooring does not get clean. I now have a permanent, shabby brown/grey traffic stain down the middle of my new floor. Customer service was no help once they finally responded to my calls. I sent pics and they denied there was any problem. THEN, they sent me to a company called, Ecore, who actually manufactures the flooring. Ecore kindly sent me a better cleaner but the traffic stain is still there. Rubber Flooring Inc is simply a reseller and has no interest in guaranteeing their products! Lost my money and have to start over.

After a lot of emails and calls, RubberFlooring.com for the win!
We have been doing a lot of online research looking for quality turf for a putting green we want to put in our basement and when we landed on RubberFlooring.com and it could not have been a more pleasant experience. We met Jessica V. and were able to communicate with her through the entire process and she was a consultant, not just a chat resource. She pointed us in the right direction, took time answering all of her questions and we became a customer for life. Thanks Jessica.

Horrible shipping, still waiting
Purchased rubber flooring for our home gym from them. They promised 3 day shipping which they slight-of-hand refused to honor based on color. Even with this disappointing news we were still going to leave a positive review as the price was good but we are now 4 weeks out from our order and they still have not shipped. We have all our gym equipment that has arrived and we still have no flooring. I reached out to customer service and she kept telling me she'd get it on the next order but she has yet to do that.
Save yourself the frustration and purchase from another shop. I wish we would have.
**EDIT** They reached out. I will update my review if the problem gets resolved.

Find a better company
Find a better company! They haven't figured out how to cut a 2800.00 dollar floor the proper way. If I wasn't on such a deadline I would of drove to TN. To pick up a new floor. They did offer to have that done for me, or to give me around a 100.00 dollars for the missing floor. But I am on a deadline to get my shop open.. (if it hadn't sat on a doc for 5 days close to me, I would do that) I asked for my 277.00 dollar shipping back and I guess they don't want to do that. So Please find a different floor retailer for a better experience then this! Ohhh and there escalation senior manager is definitely not professional, I told him he sucks and needs to find a new job.

RubberFlooringInc was the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I spent over $7,000 and every bit of my order was wrong. I ordered a custom cut floor in the versa step. They sent me the incorrect rolls and sizes, as well as not enough subfloor. When contacting the company they thought the best solution was to give me a 34% discount on my next order, when I had already purchased the complete square footage of my room. They were asking me to spend even more money even though they hadn't supplied me my full order. Still to this day they are withholding thousands of dollars of product from me and will not take care of the solution. They have openly admitted they were wrong, but still think it's okay to keep the product I have purchased but never received. We have been having a back and forth battle for three months and they refuse to resolve the issue. Their customer service is terrible, and I've never been treated so poorly in my life! I would never give them another penny, and I can't express enough how poorly this company is ran.

My experience with this company has been nothing but stressful. Looks like it is run by amateurs who have poor knowledge of their product and even worse customer service skills. I placed an order for three custom size vinyl rolls for my car garage which arrived a week late and badly damaged. Seems like they hired the cheapest freight service (see attached pictures). They finally agreed to send replacement. A week goes by, and I did not get a tracking number. So I called them only to find out they did not have my item in stock. Had I not called, nobody would have bothered to let me know. Then they try to sell me a different roll for a higher price. I was so disgusted by now that I simply cancelled my order. They wasted a month of my time and all they care about is how can they milk the customer. Never doing business with them again.
Nov 27 update:
It appears they respond to every negative email hoping to improve their image! Nobody called me to apologize or remedy the problem, but they are quick at posting a response to my negative review as if they really care about fixing the problem!!! What a scam!!

I have ordered from this company many times throughout the last few years without a problem. This last order took over a month to get any shipping details on my order. When order arrived it was only half there. Within the box I recieved 2 different styles. I emailed them about this they said their styles had changed. Why I got the old and the new I don't understand if it changed. They are suppose to be sending the rest of my order... will see if "new" style or old.

ordered products from them a month ago ... called two weeks after and theys aid it was a problem with Fedex and they would call me back. I called again a week later and they said the same thing. No one called me back. Called again today and now it is lost. When I asked them to send the products overnight to me because it has been a month. They said they cannot do this and it would take 5 days for a supervisor to call me back.

I won't mention the couple of little things that were really annoying, it's the end that was most disappointing. The mats I was going to order was 4'x6', but decided to go with a smaller 3'x4' because I felt it would be better for the area to be covered. didn't recalculate for the smaller size a found myself short by 6 mats. The mats in question are the 3/4" extreme mats which sells for 35.99 each and I bought 28. A couple of months later when I try and order what's needed to complete floor, I find out that they don't make that size anymore! THAT'S JUST FREAKIN GREAT! Professionals that care about a customer would have warned that the size will soon be discontinued soon. The end game was just get the money and the rest isn't their problem!!!

Absolutely Terrible.
This company used to be awesome but they have gone downhill. I spent $2,140.19 on rubber rolls for my new home gym and they arrived in 6 rolls on a pallet attached with metal straps. From the outside everything looked great. It took me awhile to find a tool to remove the metal straps but when I did I immediately saw that there was a damaged roll hidden on the inside...obviously on purpose as it looked like a forklift drove right into the side of it. In the fine print you receive when you place an order "If damage is found after delivery; i.e. manufacturer defect or hidden damage not readily apparent when removed from the truck, it MUST be reported to us immediately by contacting us at 1-800-613-0996 in order to qualify for replacement.". I did this about 30min after delivery. It took forever to get ahold of someone for help. This delivery was dropped off on August 4th and now it's August 31st with no resolve. I called back time after time and the company finally just said that they will replace it if I help them out with shipping. They actually said that. They want an additional $368 for shipping to replace a roll that was obviously damaged and hidden as a result. Terrible, terrible customer service and business practice. Very disappointed.
