Place an order if you enjoy failed promises and wasting time and money
I placed an order on 8/23/22 and requested to modify the order shortly after placing it.
This company failed to begin processing my request until two weeks after I originally reached out. At that point, it was too late to modify the order; therefore, I was told that I could receive some sort of partial refund.
It has been two weeks since I was told that I would receive a partial refund and I still have not had this issue resolved despite numerous calls/emails/chats on my end.
Furthermore, I requested to return a different part of my order to which I was told to return the item for a refund minus shipping + a restocking fee. I returned the item and the item was received by this company; however, again after numerous attempts to figure out the status of the refund I have been given the run-around yet a second time.
Overall, I'm now without the product and have received zero refund along with zero correspondence or customer service.
If I could give this company less than 1 star I would -- absolute pain to work with and has wasted more of my time and energy than I would like to admit.

If I could give zero stars I would. I never write reviews but this buying experience has been terrible. Can’t get through to customer service, my order never shipped, and FedEx says the label was printed but they never received the goods to deliver. Will be claiming fraud if not contacted quickly to get my flooring shipped. Save yourself the hassle and please buy elsewhere.
Horrible customer service. Don’t trust them
I purchased rubber gym flooring (order number 4364927) from this company on 8/23. It was supposed to ship by 8/29 and I’ve yet to get any update. Getting in contact with anyone to just even get an order update has proved impossible. I’ve wasted hours of my day the last 2 days trying to just get in contact via phone, text, and email. My business is literally waiting on this flooring so we can open up. I’m worried I’ve been scammed out of $1400.

I should've read the reviews before ordering from them. Cannot get customer service to answer just to get a status update. When they say the average wait time is X, don't believe it. I waited for 25 minutes and then they said they cannot take any more phone calls and I woudl need to leave a message. Really?
Sad experience
My experience thus far with RubberFlooring Inc. has been HORRENDOUS! I was told that my order was shipped and set for delivery via FedEx yesterday only to find out that FedEx hasn't even received the order to ship. I can't even get an answer from RubberFlooring Inc as to when the shipment will go out or be received! The original order had to be cancelled and refunded and then placed again because their web site allowed for an order to be accepted for an oversized order! Run, don't walk, to some other company for your flooring needs! These folks need to get their act together in a BIG way!

Active order still not shipped: Scam?
In short, I currently have an active order (#4311086) that has been partially delivered, but the core of the order (several rolls of rubber) haven’t been shipped and we’re now 12 days past the delivery window promised. Finally got ahold customer service after hours of trying, and they claimed order would be shipped Aug 12th. That did not happen. I’m seriously concerned this is a scam and my order will not be fulfilled. On top of that, my client who I’m remodeling a space for has requested compensation for the delay.

Horrible customer service
This company completely lacks customer service. When calling customer service they never answer. The call wait-time is reported as 4 minutes, but clearly it isn't. And after 20 minutes, the system doesn't even let you keep waiting, it boots you out. Emails, texts, and online chats were also ignored. Finally got connected after about 2 hours of calling, was promised a call back because the issue needed a supervisor, and then I never heard back. The issues I had after finally reaching customer service would take 5 paragraphs to detail, so I'll spare you and just let's just say DO NOT BUY FROM RUBBER FLOORING.
Phantom company
This company does not manufacture or warehouse any product. They have a small office and use remote agents working from home. After placing a $6000 flooring order, I was informed the product was shipped, on two different occasions when it wasn’t. This company accepts orders and then brokers out the sale to different manufacturers to have the product drop shipped. No one that works for this company ever set eyes on what they are selling. There is no customer service support or direct phone number or address for this company. Do yourself a favor and buy directly from the manufacturer. I located the manufacturer and discovered you can order from them, on line, and save 30%.

This company sells products at full retail prices and then provides NO support when their product fails. We ordered 3/4 inch rubber impact tiles ($1,000) that have started to separate only 8 months into being used. One agent tells me there is a 5 year warranty... the warranty department tells me there is NO warranty... Be careful what you buy from them!!

I ordered a cheer mat that never made…
I ordered a cheer mat that never made it me & due to the business closing I asked that the mat be returned & a refund issued. Because I had already paid shipping on the item that never made it to me mind you they required I pay shipping for their freight company to ship back to me… mind you I never laid eyes on the mat. I was issued a partial refund for about $250 less than what I paid for the item. It’s basically a scam and at this point I’d recommend Amazon, at least they aren’t hard up & give you all your money back. Just bad business…

Issues - Resolved !!!
I am publishing my review - as we are working to resolve issues with our order.
I am working with Marcel T. and also Markel- in Customer service to resolve these issues- and again I do understand that:
staffing issues in customer service - can make wait times on the phone longer than expected.
My husband and I spent $13,144.83 on 1/2 inch Duralock tiles.
We have 6 tiles that need to be replaced, out of a total of 814 tiles. It doesn't seem like a lot - but we do need all of these tiles, for our project.
I understand how tough it is to get an order as large as ours - out the building and shipped / in a timely manner. Also how a very small portion ( 6 tiles) got through "quality control"
As of 07/06/22- We are working with Rubber Flooring to resolve these issues.
Customer Service - (Marcel - continues to work with us - and Markel - has placed a personal call to me)
07/14/22- I am very pleased to report - ALL issues have been resolved - and a HUGE THANK YOU to Markel and Marcel - We will do business again - Now to 5 STARS !!!

Solid product. Below average customer service.
The product seems to be decent. The customer service is where it can be a bit lacking. My shipment arrived. I inspected the pallet and the rolls to a reasonable level. Peered around etc. what I didn’t do is unpack the entire pallet at the time of delivery. Apparently this was the reasonable expectation for all customers.
I had two rolls one with a puncture from something I could not see. The other roll was on the bottom with the damage down low. No way to see that from initial receiving inspect.
I have heard great things. Gave them a call just wanted that roll replaced as the continuous expected roll was effected and won’t lay as expected either. Having the seemless roll out was the key selling point here. Now I was informed I’m going to be given a percentage of the damaged square footage back. Not even accounting for the 4 foot width of the roll just the section that was gashed out of the side.
If I do the damage I’m okay with it but to spend the money to get flooring, do my reasonable diligence to inspect at arrival and find a damaged product then be told it’s pretty much on me. Here’s a few cents back. Not great. I will look to other sources for my flooring in my other training locations.

Do not use Flex Nitro Tiles on your…
Do not use Flex Nitro Tiles on your garage floor. This product is not intended on being in a garage where your hot water heater would leak, spill water, or where there is humidity. The water or condensation will sit underneath the tile and start to mold and smell. The color on the tiles start to discolor even if it is a dark garage with no outside light. This product is not a good fit for garages. DO not waste your money with these products.
Update: As of July 21, 2022 This product is still not an answer for a working garage. It stains very easy on just about anything. You have to be so careful not to have any humidity (and our garage is air conditioned). The tiles are so close to the floor that it holds moisture. When they are new they look great, but this product does not hold up and not worth the money. It was an expensive purchase, and the product looks terrible now. I just wanted to help others decide if this is a product for you. I'm disappointed on its performance and should have done more research, my fault. No one wrote the truth about this product on line.

Good customer service, bad company policy
I ordered cheer mats. Within 24 hours, I discovered a change that needed to be made. I was told I would need to cancel that order and re-order. I did that but the new order was incorrect due to data input at the company end. I called customer service and, after a 45-minute wait, I was disconnected. A voice mail stated I would need to cancel again and re-order. I called customer service again and after another 30-minute delay, I was told that a "request for cancelation" has been submitted. Unless you have unlimited time, make sure your order is correct because these people do not allow change orders even if it is within 24 hours. The agents were professional but company policy tied their hands!

Shipped wrong product, but later did the right thing.
Had an issue with wrong product sent and a dispute with their customer service person who would not help us out to fix the situation. Then elevated it with a review on trustpilot, they then did the right thing and replaced the product as the original person should have.

Don't pay for quick ship!
Charged for "quick ship" nothing quick about it, shipment arrived weeks late, cuts on rolls were crooked and required additional trimming to make fit. The company charges about $400 for shipping and ask after payment if residential or dock. Note that residential as of 2022 is $191 additional. Everyone will pay residential even if you have a dock, because the question is asked after payment. Terrible customer service, Terrible time frames and products are mid at best. Would not recommend.

Worst experience I’ve had
I wish I can give them 0 stars or even negative stars. Worst experience I ever had. Terrible customer service, they never deliver. I was so frustrated with them because I ordered volleyball indoor tiles back in January; they never arrived after 2 months. Customer service always clueless and unwilling to help. In April I realized my flooring was never going to be on time for my boy’s birthday party, so I canceled my order and looked somewhere else. I’m so glad I found Mateflex.com. Not only I got the flooring after only 4 days, but also, it was a better quality product at a similar price.
Stay away from rubber flooring and all the other websites of the same company unless you have a year or so to finish your project.
