Horrible Experience
Dori, the customer service specialist. Is patient and articulate. However, she's apparently not able to make the final decisions on order issues. They sent me the wrong corner piece. I've been trying to address it over the past month and half. Four different times I've reached out to them (long phone waits that sometimes end up just hanging up without warning). Finally they said they were going to address and they sent me the wrong piece again. Then I followed up and they said they would address again but they apparently decided not to send me the right piece and no one notified me of this decision... The communication between their customer service and warehouse is horrible. They need more customer service reps. The warehouse ethics needs a revamp... Two weeks almost have gone by. As an update (01.11.2023), I ended up having to order the edge piece again and pay for it. I ordered to 2 2 inch edge pieces. They sent me 2 1 and 3/4 edge pieces. At this point they're either screwing up the order intentionally or their warehouse team has some grossly incompetent people... I'd encourage anyone to shop somewhere else.... Update to the update. Just got done talking with a supervisor who went out of her way to try and make sure the mistake wouldn't happen again and they've put in another order for the two pieces without charging me. We'll see how it plays out.... (1/28/2022) Update: received the right pieces finally. Enjoy the floor a lot, but be wary, you might be in for an unexpected hassle, and don't order if you're on a time deadline.

I have called no less than 10 times. I ordered flooring on Dec. 20 (Paid in full) with shipping to be on 22-26. I have heard nothing! I called, left messages, but when calling no one answers the phone and it states that the wait time is "2"minutes.
It places you on hold and than hangs up on you after a message that they are too busy. This is a terrible experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone at this point. I do not know who is running the shipping, logistics or even managing the company but the ball is being dropped at every level!!!

Shipping mistake taken care with good customer service
After connecting with Marcel for return of wrong shipment of floor mats. He sent back shipping labels and set up the time for pick up quickly. He also explained the reason for the mishap which is nice to know when so many other companies don't give you the time of day.
Looking forward to receiving our replacement floor mats. The shipment we had earlier were great and the product is just what we had been looking for.

Terrible company.
I ordered back in August with a promise it would be shipped in 3 weeks. It’s not almost January with no shipping, I’ve called MULTIPLE times and they’ve not returned calls. They emailed one time saying “we will give you a free mat”. Haven’t heard any updates or gotten my free mat. Terrible company, WILL NOT do business with them again or recommend them to anybody.

Awful experience so far! Placed an order for dance flooring, intended to be a Christmas gift. Placed on 12/15 with an estimated ship date of 12/19. With 3-day shipping I had zero concerns about this arriving on time.
12/19 comes and goes with no order update or tracking. I called yesterday morning around 9:30 (12/20) for an update. First girl out me on hold for 15+ minutes and then hung up. Couldn’t call back because each time I did, I received a message that said no one was available to help and to call back. Sent a text that went unanswered. Online “Leave a message“ is useless and does not load.
I finally got through again last night after 7:30pm and spoke with Marcel who was rude and NOT helpful. Claims tracking is manually updated and he has no way to know if this shipped. He got very short with me when I again how to know if this would arrive before Christmas. He tried to tell me that 3-day shipping doesn’t mean it will arrive in 3 days and that his company wouldn’t know if it shipped until the shipper picked up the item. Again, told me that tracking can take up to 24 hours to update and finally reluctantly offered to reach out to production to determine status. But, production was conveniently gone for the day so he would email me tomorrow (12/21). I have a feeling I’ll be calling back myself because Marcel doesn’t seem motivated to resolve my concern as my order is a small one.
Nothing on your website had Christmas shopping cutoffs and product was always estimated to ship 12/19. This is useless to me after Christmas. How do I explain to a 7 year old that Santa’s gift is arriving late via UPS or FedEx?!
Disappointed in the lackluster customer service and card I’ve received so far. Would not recommend doing business with this company!

UPDATE: if you are unfortunate enough to have ordered from this company, I suggest you notate your delivery POD with ‘DAMAGED FLOORING (rolls, boxes, etc.)’ even if you don’t immediately see any damage, so that when, not if, you discover damage you’ll have legal recourse to demand replacement or reimbursement. They will slither away into the darkness, if you don’t.
Horrible customer service. My rubber flooring arrived damaged. I didn’t notice until I removed the factory wrapping. I took photos and immediately called to report the damage. I spoke with Marcel who refused to replace the damaged goods. He claimed they’d give me a salvage credit after reviewing my photos. I emailed photos and the damage claim number I received from the freight carrier (as proof of the damage) to Marcel. Ten days later…multiple calls to their CS line(no answer), text chatted with a rep who also denied any responsibility to replace their damaged product and then, was given a promise I’d hear from Marcel and…nothing. All a big scam. AVOID THIS COMPANY! Their customer service is a pathetic joke.

I placed this order on 12/3. It was supposed to ship out on 12/19 (which is already pretty slow), but as of today, 12/20, the status shows that it's delayed and won't even ship until 12/29. This is absolutely ridiculous.
I attempted to call their so-called customer service phone line and no one answers. It's fake. Then I tried to use the live chat function on their website...it doesn't load. It's also fake. I'm going to dispute this charge with my credit card company asap. Stay away!

I placed an order for our Florida home…
I placed an order for our Florida home on 12/6/2022 for delivery on 12/19. I made it very clear that we would be at the location for one week and the delivery date was critical. I tried calling numerous times to confirm shipment, and after about 10 tries a woman told me the order was shipped on 12/15. I chatted with them on 12/19 and learned that the order was not shipped so I had to cancel.

Absolutely Horrible Customer Service and Products.
Absolutely terrible!!!! I ordered samples that were the size of playing cards. No way to tell if they would work with my dance shoes and what I needed them to feel and sound like. Then I ordered some actual flooring with the affirmation that I could return it if it didn't work out within 30 days. I didn't get half of it till 6 weeks later! When I tried to call to return...I could not get a single person on the phone to help me with that after calling at least 10 times. I sent in e-mails to customer service. No response. I put in a dispute with my CC company...whatever they said to the CC company, I could not get a refund and I have no way to return a bunch of absolutely useless flooring I paid over 200.00 to try out. I cannot stand using companies that don't value their clients or even respect them with a call back. Will never consider this company again.

Not perfect, but great people working there
I initially had a very frustrating issue with my shipment being lost, and the way the company dealt with it was not how I would've handled it. With that said, everyone I've spoken to in customer service has been amazing, and very helpful. It took a bit longer than I'd expect to get my issues resolved, but in the end they did make it happen.

Maybe I should have read the reviews before I ordered. Huge mistake on my part. I have been trying to contact this company via phone and email, for about a week now. Still no luck. Funny part, actually sad part, I called and pretended I wanted to place a new order (options on automated phone system) and not to my surprise, someone answered the phone. I explained to him that I did not want to place a new order but wanted to check on my existing order. He said he couldn’t help me and forwarded me to the same non-existent customer service line that no one ever seems to answer. The automated phone system says your average wait time is 3 minutes. Yeah right. I waited on hold so long that system told me it couldn’t help me right now that I would have to try again later. Please read reviews before purchasing and think twice, maybe even three times, before ordering from this company. Thank goodness I paid Through PayPal. I am going to initiate a fraud charge and request my money back.
Will not refund Sales Tax, horrible Customer Service
I ordered 3 of the Tuff Turf rolls for an covered outdoor batting cage. Product was shipped and delivered in reasonable time, but there was no notice it had even shipped. Did not know until delivery driver was 10 minutes out. It worked out because I was at our school, but would have been nice to plan for it. The carpet itself seems like a quality, albeit a bit thinner than expected. Time will tell.
My main issue comes from the lack of customer service. I ordered this for a tax exempt organization. Was told we could place order with tax, then send in exemption and have refunded. Did so minutes after order was placed. Got busy on project and did not followup for a few weeks. No response, no refund. Email sales agent and it takes 10 days for a reply. Resent paperwork, and just no reply for 20 days despite repeated emails.
Finally decide to call and settle this matter, but no answer from Customer Service. Leave voicemail as prompted, but no return call. Decide to call sales, who said they are swamped and just call super early. I did. Finally ahold of someone, but they use the excuse that billing address and tax exemption address do not match. Bank uses our own personal addresses on debit cards, we cannot change their policy. But the product WAS shipped to the same address as the exempted organization and I can provide picture proof it is being used for them (the covered batting cage). Nope. Arguing that, they change tactics. Exempt name a is Washington High School Softball Booster Club, but the name on the order was Booker T Washington Softball Booster Club. They say the name doesn’t match. I call b.s., that is semantics. Their final argument is that the order is over a month old, so nothing they can do. It’s only been over a month because your support refuses to respond to emails, pick up the phone, and will not return voicemails. Had to jump through hoops just to get someone on the phone. Their recommendation? File with the state for a return of the sales tax.
Bottom line, do not expect this company to care one iota about your satisfaction. They WILL come up with excuses to get out of any promises. They will not answer the phone and they will not return voicemails or emails. Absolutely will NOT order from ever again.
Large company, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE…
Large company with TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I asked about shipping times and tracking numbers..conveniently they hung up. Called back....never took my call, left a message (NO CALL BACK). REPEATED THIS 3 more times. After taking my payment, NO tracking or shipment information was able to be generated. Asked for a refund...HUNG UP ON!!! CALLED 11 TIMES OVER A 3 WEEK PERIOD. REFUNDED MY PAYMENT AFTER 5 WEEKS WITH ONLY PARTIAL PRODUCT. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Have yet to receive any info on flooring I ordered in august and like everyone else you can’t get a hold of anyone no emails nothing!!! I’ve disputed the charges with my credit card and hopefully they will do the research and find out as well that there’s no customer service!! I did receive 1 email asking me to rate my order??? What order?? I’m furious and incredibly frustrated!! Do not order from this company …I’m praying I didn’t get scammed as well

No customer service. I mean NO customer service. Ordered ALL diamond pattern tiles, received the coin style for one color, diamond pattern for the other. Ordered 2 matching color vented tiles and received none. Every time I called and selected help on existing orders, no one answered. When I selected new orders, someone picked up in a minute but then said they had to transfer me to customer service, no one answered. This happened twice. Crooks!

Previously bought several floors from them with good experience. Order another project on 8/[26/22 flooring, underlayment and accessories. Received underlayment and accessories within a week. Several attempts to contact them (phone, chat, email) Flooring never received and now disputing charge. Based on other reviews it appears they must be out of business starting early September 2022
