Do not order from this company or flooringinc.com. They advertised a product they didn’t have, which they informed me of 8 days after I placed my order. They are refusing to refund my money unless I get on the phone with them, where I know they’ll try to sell me another product. How can you refuse a refund via email when you don’t even have the product to sell me??

Find another outlet
Been trying to get ahold of someone for the last 4-5 days. They are quick to withdraw money from your account, but not quick to respond. Have received no order confirmation, have been on hold for hours at this point, and not received any call backs requested. Reading other people’s experience seems to be aligned with mine. If I don’t receive my order by Friday, or confirmation of the correct flooring being shipped I will be contacting my bank to file a fraud claim. Additionally can’t log into my account and have requested multiple emails to reset my password so I can check the status but have received nothing.
5/12/23 Update: a week after trying to reach someone and the ship date was way out from my estimated date of delivery. I have canceled my order and recommend going to
rubberflooringdirect. They answer the phone and you can talk to someone great customer service. The headache is not worth the few extra bucks of savings.

Katelyn has provided above and beyond customer service! I have had to reschedule my shipping date not only once, but twice now due to construction timelines getting pushed back. Each time Ive requested the shipping date change, Katelyn has been prompt in response and her communication has been clear and concise. The real 10/10 moment was when she sent me a follow up email on a Friday, just to simply update me before the weekend came. I appreciate all of her help!

Stay away from this company
The single worst customer experience of my life. Ordered rubber mats for my garage. They sent ones that were half the thickness I ordered. I had to communicate with the fright company to get them sent back. They reordered and sent the exact same mats. I sent them back. That was last Thursday, I couldn’t get hold of anyone from customer services for 3 days. They finally called me back I explained the situation, the person disappeared saying it would only take a couple of minutes to sort out and out me on hold for an hour and never came back. It’s now Tuesday and I have no update. At this point I just want my money back but I cannot get hold of anyone and they have $750 of my money. Just to add some more, I was finally able to get hold of someone to ask for a refund. They said they would get back to me by the end of the day. Their response was that they would not refund my money until the package was received back at their HQ despite me taking photographs of the delivery and them being notified of the shipment en route. So they will not process my refund for another week and it will then take 24-48 for for the accounts department to be notified and the another 7-10 days to be paid. On top of this their customer service agents are giving me attitude despite me remaining calm throughout just asking for better assistance.

Zero Customer Service
I don’t enjoy leaving bad reviews, but this is an absolute joke of a company. We ordered 3/4 inch mats and were delivered 1/2 inch mats instead, sent them back and were delivered the same 1/2 inch mats again a few days later. Mistakes happen, but when they do you expect to be able to get ahold of customer service. Several phone calls and emails later, still no response. Finally got through to someone only to immediately be left on hold for 45 minutes and the person never returned to the call. Trying to get a refund - we’ll see how long that takes. Will not be ordering from this place again and do not recommend it. Would give zero stars if possible. I have genuinely never experienced such horrendous customer service from a company.

This place needs improvement
It is very difficult to get ahold of them. They need to fix their website, availability on customer service, and lead times with orders.
It shouldn't take the customer calling multiple times a week to get an update on why the order isn't shipping on time or being updated. Marcel is doing his best and I can appreciate the uphill battle he has there, but if a customer decides to cancel their order for long lead times to get something sooner, it shouldn't become a circus to get that facilitated. I am still waiting to get the order cancelled as well since last week.

Redemption for Rubber Flooring Inc.
Although it took several phone calls and online chats plus 9 days before my merchandise finally arrived AFTER I received an email saying it had been delivered to my home, to the company's credit they very quickly responded to my complaint and generously refunded me the shipping charge so, as they say in Australia, "good on them." Mistakes happen but I really appreciated the good customer service.

Good luck getting ahold of anyone
I’m going with two stars instead of zero because I’m trying really hard to give these people a chance. I ordered rubber flooring and paid a small fortune for shipping, thinking I would have this order in time for an event, but it still hasn’t shipped and they don’t answer the phone. I tried the “chat” option and it has been absolutely worthless. I will dispute this charge and find flooring somewhere else if they don’t reach out to me in the next few days.

customer service is a mess
customer service is a mess. I have tried over and over to resolve an issue with an incomplete order. After numerous phone calls, chat bots, messages they have failed to even start addressing the issue. All you get is lip service, this is for both rubber flooring inc and inkstores.com. For a $5,500 order one would think they would care. So now 3 months into my order I can not finish the floor. Stay away from these people. I did trade emails with jasmine.hunter at inkstores but now she is ignoring me. I even tried the manager on their home page that promises to help, but yet again ignored. Here is my name Steven Stretch, Bailey CO so you can not claim lack of info to locate my order.

Made sure everything arrived on time!
I ordered crash mats from RubberFlooring Inc in March for a parade, but there was an issue with my payment, so it delayed my shipping. The staff called me to make me aware of the situation and quickly settled my issue to ensure that my package arrived on time for our event. I'm so thankful! Great customer service, responsiveness, and products!

If I could give a negative 0 star I would. I have been trying to have someone reach out to me about my damaged tiles I received. They told me to email dorirose.olson@incstores but no one has responded to my multiple emails and calls! This company is a scam! Don’t order from them. They send damages product and refused to respond if you need a refund and want to return.

After over (10) days of my order having the same ship date (and surpassing that ship date by 10 days), reaching out to customer service multiple times a day, placed on hold for hours, I was finally able to get in touch with someone so I could pick up the order via my own carrier to arrive in time for an event. They confirmed everything was ready for pick up multiple times. Upon receiving my order, I was missing an entire roll of marley (20' x 10.5') section and no one informed me. I tried again, multiple times, to contact customer service, to no avail. This was a terrible experience and I strongly encourage anyone looking to order from here, to STOP, and go ANYWHERE ELSE.

I ordered samples and received no confirmation or any communication at all. Tried to call several times and received message about 'high call volumes.' The chat function doesn't work. If I receive the samples I am a bit wary of ordering from this company.
Update - I requested 3 samples, I received one (other 2 aren't available). Order S1015118

Marcel called me today 3-3-2023, Friday with he and his teams recommendations to the problem I've been having with my flooring tiles buckling over and over. We've been messaging now for over a month and finally a remedy has been made and it was a pleasant exchange today working with Marcel who was very professional and listened to my concerns. Horrible company and customer service
Horrible company and customer service! After paying in full for flooring and told delivery would be within 2 weeks...the online account changed to 6 weeks. I called to cancel, no answer, left a message. No response. Cancelled by email. No response. Finally got a customer service rep. and they said "so sorry, it shipped on the day you cancelled." Now, after 3 months of shipping and returning and endless calls, emails, texts...I have still not received any refund and have been told that I will have to pay for shipping both ways! Thats almost $1,000 in shipping for a product that I cancelled. And yes, I have the phone record that proves that the product was shipped AFTER I made the phone call and cancelled! Huge scammers that make money off the shipping charges! I have filled a complaint with the BBB. Still waiting for any kind of refund.

I contacted customer service 2 weeks…
I contacted customer service 3 weeks ago. A few of my garage tiles are stained. i was told to but"purple power"cleaner ant attempt to remove the stains. I had to stop at 3 different stores to find this product. I tied to remove the stains server times over the following week with no success. Again, contacted customer service and the agent was very understanding and asked if I could take photos of the stains . I did and sent him 4 photos, received an e mail response that I would hear back from them. That was 10m days ago and I contacted them again several times and no response
