The customer service of this company is garbage
The customer service of this company is terrible. Everything is a bot. Try to call and it tells you the average wait time is 3 minutes. After half an hour on the hold when you try to press 1 to get a call back, it says they can't take your call right now. If you press 0 for a text back, it takes you back to the beginning of the queue.

This company has become the worst to deal with. Several years ago I used them and had no issues. I have now had 3 orders with them in the last year and each had issues. Adhesive damaged in shipment and the foil seal allowed the product to solidify. Flooring arrived 3 months late. Since I didn't know the seal in the adhesive was damaged, Rubber Flooring will not offer any support. I"m now waiting on 3rd shipment and once again they offer zero updates and change ship dates whenever they desire. Avoid this company at all costs.
Every part of my order went wrong
I had a really poor experience with this company recently. Wrong item was shipped to me (11 boxes) and was quoted an incorrect delivery date on the correct ones. Because this situation had already set back the opening of my buisness, I placed my order elsewhere. They then missed the pickup date that they quoted me. The customer service agents take forever to get ahold of, so they offer text message and live chat services. Both of which I attempted to contact them through multiples times, and multiple times they failed to provide any results.
Rubber Flooring Inc Problems
I ordered 2 rolls of vinal flooring, coin light gray 7.5' X 13'. The packages showed up in good condition however when opened one of the flooring rolls was damaged. I contacted the company after receiving no response from my email that included photos. After being put on hold for 47 minuets They requested more photos and I sent them. They agreed to send a replacement roll, it arrived a week later and was also damaged. Now after being hold for over an hour they have agreed to refund me for one of the rolls of flooring; I need two good rolls to do the job. My customer is very angry with the response from Rubber Flooring Inc and has ordered flooring from anther supplier for me to install. My customer has an extensive IT staff that will work to resolve or at least identify the problems with this order through communicating the specific factual issues regarding this order and how RubberFlooringInc has responded. I want a full refund and want to send all the product back and not pay for shipping. Stay tuned!

I should of read the reviews before I placed an order. Lousy customer service , who can never give you an honest answer when you finally reach someone. Placed an order on September 1st supposed to be shipped on the 5th then they changed to the 11th and still has not shipped. Will be doing a chargeback today to get my hard earned money back.

I placed a $7,700 order almost 2 months ago on July 13th. They were impossible to get into contact and told me it would ship on 8/31/23, which is ridiculous if you have it in stock. After the 31st they said production was delayed. The phones always say they are busy which is bs and after I did the chat bot it took days to get a response. I think they are a fake company. Rubberflooringinc.com has given me no validation or any updates unless I reach out multiple times. They are not giving me any incentive to use the services in the future. I work for the largest flooring company in America, Diverzify. I currently have a job in progress and I'm waiting on this finish for almost 2 months. This is complete BS.

Worst Company Experience of my Life
1. First shipment contained inconsistent tiles, missing arrows. Tiles fit horribly when aligned appropriately and installed.
2. In addressing item #1, it took multiple weeks to receive customer service, daily phone calls / disconnects or hang-ups, no returned emails, no returned requests for text. Forced to eventually use webchat.
3. When eventually connected via WebChat, Flooring Inc. refused to honor my request for refund after initial photos demonstrating lack of tile cut consistency. Flooring Inc continued to ask for pictures of a large room which cannot and will not show details of the improper fit, a tactic that would result in a refusal by the team to honor my request.
4. I was forced to move the tiles to another project (a barn) and therefore place another order to bridge the size, order showed up with a single tile (vs. the 10 I ordered) of inaccurate thickness. Shipping fee was predatory.
5. When re-contacting customer support regarding the 1 v 10 tile issue, I was forced to substantiate through pictures, further delaying resolution.
6. I was then sent 9 more tiles (instead of 10), and the tiles were again of inaccurate size.
7. Again, I was forced to substantiate, further delaying resolution.
I have requested escalation 5 times and have been denied each time through inaction.

Worst experience I’ve EVER had with a company
Cannot get anyone on the phone. Have waited on hold for over ten hours over the last week. Product was in stock and supposed to ship in three days. I was charged $1500. Several days after, it now shows out of stock. Instead they shipped two edge pieces I DO NOT NEED without the actual flooring. We’ve left messages, used the text option. The one time we did get someone on the phone, they confirmed the product was available in TN, but the call was disconnected. We are about to charge the credit card back with our bank. This is absurd.

Past ship date, not getting communication from company
I'm writing this review because it seems like the only way to get this company to respond. I placed my order about 3 weeks ago and the original ship date has come and gone. I contacted the company asking for an updated ship date because I need to leave town soon and at this rate I am concerned I will not be home when the delivery comes. The person I spoke to told me the new ship date is August 3rd. That date is past and according to my tracking number it still has not shipped. The representative I was speaking to is no longer answering my emails and I need this resolved soon.
**Update**
My order arrived on Saturday 8/5. I received a call at work from the delivery driver telling me he was at my house. According to the tracking number it wasn't even shipped out yet. I had to leave work to bring it inside. I spent too much money to leave the mats sitting outside all day with nobody home. Terrible experience, practically non existent customer support, this was absolutely not worth the headache. On the plus side I did get what I ordered.

I ordered on July 20th for a quick ship…
I ordered on July 20th for a quick ship that said it was ready to ship. Finally got someone on the online chat and they said there was a hold on the shipment due to it being different address from the bill date (It was being sent to my dance studio). It is now August 1 and it says it is going to ship. I am waiting on the confirmation that it is on the way. The online chat person was super nice, but it is very misleading to not be able to talk to a live individual. I need this flooring this week and it has to get here by Friday. Please do better with customer service when people are spending thousands to get your product! At least an email to let me know that there is a hold on the account due to the address difference. That should have immediately been taken care of.

Will never order from again. Small claims court!
Ordered flooring connectors that they had pictures of on their website. What they sent me was completely different. It took me days to get anyone on the phone and once I did, they made me think I was crazy and that I was seeing something different than what was on their site before finally admitting the website was wrong and they don’t carry those connectors anymore. So I returned what they sent me but they still have not refunded me and it’s been almost a month. And of course, now they will not answer the phone or return my calls. I dealt with Alicia Vitte who was helpful at first but now won’t respond to emails or calls and Marquel Hamilton who also won’t return calls or email. I’ll be taking them to small claims court if I don’t hear back within the next week.

Horrible Everything
Id let a 0 star review if possible. Sales person said our flooring would ship in 2-3 business days. We are now on Day 9 and 6 business days. You will sit on hold for an hour and then just get disconnected multiple times so just use chat. They won't help much so buyer beware. It delayed our business opening now and will cost us 4 times what the actual flooring cost. Finally after 3 days we got someone on chat. No idea about this or that and got to call someone else for status. After all that it is supposedly being loaded tonight but will take another 3-10 days to get here. All for the low shipping cost of $250.

I Have placed an order with Rubber Flooring for 7 1inch 3*3 MMA tiles on 06/25/23.
they immidiatley sent a confirmation email that allowed me to track the shipment.
On 06/30/23 i recieved an email which stated that the shipment was delivered to me, of course i didnt get the shipment, i went to the tracking record and saw that the shipment was delivered to Concord, CA, the only problem is that i live in Florida and not in California, I was still OK because i figured out that sometimes mistakes happens.
This is where the real nightmare begins, it is impossible to get a hold of this company, the chat bot is also not responding, i guess they dont have enough employees so you wait for hours for them to pick up.
after hours of waiting on the line i got a rep, she was very very unhelpful, it took her a long time to track my order and when she did she asked to put me on hold, i stayed on hold for over 30 minutes and then the call dropped, no one calles back, i then had to start a new call and had to wait for another hour until i can speak with someone, at the end they promised that they will reship the order this time to my real address, they said they will follow up with an email regarding the new shipment, of course no email had arrived and i am still waiting. i have tried to call them again today 07/05/23, the answering machine say that it is out of working hours, never the less i called at 9:15AM ET, and the working hours stated on their website are 8am - 8pm ET.
At this point i do not know what to do i lost about $190 and i feel that i was scammed, please do not conduct any bussiness with this company so it doesnt happen to you as well.

ordered and paid for 18 tiles with shipping added at checkout, received 17. refunded for missing tile but not for the shipping. if you didn't ship it why am I responsible for the shipping cost?
edit - as of 7/28 the additional funds were never refunded for the mistaken shipping charge.

Don't bother with this company as they've made it impossible to do business with them.
You cannot reach them by phone, email or their idiotic online robot.
I don't know they can stay in business. I can only conclude that if they are so intent on making it impossible to contact customers, part of it has to be that they don't support the products they sell (although since I can't even get an order placed, post-purchase support seems to be a red herring).

Regarding order #4812300... The edging was missing from my order of garage floor tile. We wanted the garage floor installed for an upcoming outdoor party so we purchased an alternative edging from Home Depot for the flooring. I had a hard time getting through on the phone, but after leaving my name and number Jasmine called me back. I no longer needed the edging and requested a refund for that part of the order.
Jasmine was professional and followed up on the discrepancy. I really appreciated her diligence!
Through the years, this is the 5th garage floor I purchased from Garage Flooring Inc. (My old house, my new house, my daughter's house, my brother's house and a 2nd garage at my new house). It is a fine product and easy to install. It is affordable and has lots of colors to choose from too!

I would not buy from this company ever…
I would not buy from this company ever again. We placed an order for Marley flooring and the tracking just keeps changing dates to further and further out. You cannot get a live person. I have tried to call for days and I just get a message saying they cannot take my calls. I have also tried the ridiculous chat bot. Does not work. I am afraid this company is a fraud

I placed an order over a week ago. I never received a confirmation email about my order (so no order #). I tried calling the company multiple times but could never get through. I would have utilized their "digital and live assistant" function on their website, but without an order #, I was unable to get any information from that tool.
After utilizing their text function, I received a text response 3 days later and they said they did not have my email address. I provided my email and they gave me an order #. Even with an order #, when I go to their website to track the order, I receive a "that order was not found or the email didn't match" message. On multiple occasions I've sat on hold for 30+ minutes and/or utilized the "press 2" function but have never spoken with a live person.
So the order # information they provided does not work, they do not answer their phone and other than 1 time, they won't respond to my text messages. All I want is an update on my order to know when it is arriving but after wasting multiple hours of my time I can't get anyone to answer or respond. Very frustrating experience.

Are they still in business? TEN STARS for CUSTOMER DISSERVICE!
I ordered from them in the past, no problem.
But this is different - new company name so maybe new owners.
It's been almost two weeks that I was told that the person I wanted to speak with would call back when she was off the phone. That never happened.
Since then, I have tried over a dozen times to get to someone and to get my questions answered so that I can place an order.
Sometimes I press
2 for my "convenience" and still don't get a call back. I have waited on the cue for awhile over and over again only to be told that they can't take the call. When I actually did get to Ashley, I believe, I asked to speak with the most knowledgeable person there and voiced my concerns/frustrations. Her way of dealing with that was to put me back into the cue, where I was then disconnected. Then another day I got Gloria and the call was disconnected. NO CALL BACK, back to the cue. I once did get a call back but no one was there!
What is going on with this company?
As per the suggestion of someone else on here I contacted Rubber Flooring Direct and got a call back within 10 minutes - not 13+ days.
If anyone has any suggestions on other companies, please share.

Fraud
I ordered latex-free, non-toxic gym mats. They were very expensive. They reeked of rubber. Customer Service refused my communications. After 10 months of sitting in the sun, they still reek. This company is a fraud.
