I am staying at Roomzzz Newcastle since October 2021.

I have stayed in over 10 different hotels in this city. Roomzzz is exceptional in every aspect, design wise, cozy atmosphere, flexible room’s layout, proximity to city centre, cleanliness.

Above all, staff (reception & housekeeping) are the treasure of this place.
I’d like to thank each and every one of you for truly making me feel at home.

At some point, leaving will not be a happy moment for me. But hey, I’m not a guest and to me you were never staff, but a family ♥️

The staff and rooms in Newcastle are great. Friendly welcome and helps from the staff and nice, clean, warm, modern rooms. Perfect stay!

Roomzzz Newcastle is an Amazing hotel, fabulous staff, both reception and housekeeping are so friendly and helpful.
Stayed here for my daughters 9th birthday and we had a fantastic time, they even decorated the room for her which really made it perfect 🥰

I would highly recommend staying in the Newcastle hotel. The hotel is stunning, rooms are beautiful and all staff are so friendly.
Scott was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the area and pointed us in the direction of tourist attractions.
Overall one on the top hotels ive stayed in. We will definitely be back.

It was perfect. Clean room, nice employees.

I chose this place because of the architecture. The approach is a bit alarming and reception is underground - But - I have travelled extensively and never stayed in a cleaner place - mirrors sparkled, linen as white as an A lister’s teeth! IMO it’s expensive for what it offers and it is Vampire dark, but the situation - close to everything a tourist in Manchester desires, the staff and the rather lovely croissants - certainly ease the pain.

Stayed here with my kids this weekend, and it’s the perfect location for everything. So much to see and do nearby, the National Football Museum, Arndale shopping centre, and plenty of bars and restaurants on the doorstep! Apartments are great too and we had interconnecting rooms, so kids basically had a big room all to themselves. Highly recommend.

I have stayed in a few Roomzzz aparthotels now, they do vary in Style and décor but they all have the facilities needed for a great stay. Those I have stayed in have been perfectly located in the city centres and the website does a good job of telling you what to expect at each location. The staff at all of the Roomzzz I have stayed have all been amazing. Looking forward to my first stay in Newcastle shortly.

Nottingham City Roomzz: I have stayed at the Stratford Roomzzz many times and it has been consistently awesome. I was expecting the same at Nottingham City. I was disappointed. I had booked a large studio with an extra bed for myself because I was sharing it with two other people. When I arrived no extra bed had been provided. At the end of a very long day and the hottest day of the year I ended up booking a second room because there was no one left in housekeeping and the desk clerk did not know when they would be able to put up the bed because everyone in housekeeping had gone home. It was 9 o'clock at night and I did not want to have to wait to go to bed. That was bad enough but what was worse was the black mould that was in the shower of the room that I stayed in -room 417- I have videoed the shower and am happy to share with management the video so they can see how bad the infestation in that room is. My daughter and son -in law also reported the same in the neighbouring room. Black mould and an unpleasant smell. At the end of what had been an awesome day - my daughter's graduation- our experience was tainted by having to spend an extra £109 on a room due to incompetence. How hard is it to put up the spare bed you charged an extra £10 pounds for? Then to add insult to injury sleep in rooms that smell of mould and dampness. A final observation - given this is a chain I was shocked how cheap looking the furnishings and fittings were in Nottingham City compared to Stratford. The reason I make this observation is that I booked with Nottingham City Roomzzz without checking reviews because Stratford is always so reliable. If I had checked I would have maybe thought twice because I notice a number of similar reviews. In short, I feel Nottingham City needs to take time and address its issues with mould when we are still in a pandemic before it does harm to the reputation of a very good chain.

Stayed 2 nights at Newcastle city site. 6 minute walk from the main tran station. Good value, roomy, clean and at a similar or lower price than nearby hotels. Very friendly receptionist (from Durham).

Excellent location. Room was gorgeous and had everything you would expect. Bed was super comfy which was lovely. Super friendly and helpful staff who looked genuinely happy to be there. Location was super handy with everything being close by. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to book a break.

I visited Roomzzz Aparthotel yesterday to make a delivery and I was assited by an amazing lady named Tracy. I wasn't a guest at Roomzzz but she was so warm, kind and welcoming. She went out her way to assist me and to she epitomizes what great customer service is. Not only was she helpful to me, I was so impressed with how kind and courteous she was with other customers who visited the reception when I was there. Tracy is an asset and I hope she gets recognition for her amazing customer service. I was so impressed with her service that I've booked a weekend getaway at Roomzzz to experience a weekend away in York!
