Experiencia muy decepcionante con Yumping. Después de varios correos intentando encontrar una solución y proponiendo incluso actividades alternativas, solicité expresamente la devolución del importe mediante reembolso bancario y se negaron a realizarla, ofreciéndome otras opciones en su lugar.

Mucha facilidad para cobrar, pero muy poca para resolver un problema. No volvería a contratar con ellos.

Booked a kite surfing experience in Malaga for my two grandsons. On arrival we were told that kite surfing at this location was not now permitted. Looking at the reviews, I was sceptical about getting a response and to kissing my payment goodbye. But NO! I had a response almost immediately and after a brief email exchange a full refund was promised and arrived in my account today:) A problem not of their making resolved quickly, I would certainly buy from them again:)

Do not deal with this company - they were advertising sand yachting with an adventure place in South Wales which apparently they had no right to do. This activity is no longer offered in South Wales so they could have taken my money & run ! Fortunately Monzo bank had this flagged up as a scam and declined to pay them ….. AVOID like the plague!!

This is a fraudulent site that sells experiences with companies it has no link with. I've reported them to my bank to try and claim money back for a snorkeling trip they had no right to sell

Nous en avons fait les frais cet été. Tout est bidon, nous avions réservé une activité en vélo en Corse, le professionnel nous a confirmé ne pas travailler avec Yumping ( nous avons réussi à le trouver grâce aux photos que Yumping usurpent ) et encore moi avoir reçu notre réservation.
Les réclamations sur le site sont complètement bidons passant du français à l'espagnol d'un coup...

ESTAFADORES. Soy una empresa que en su dia trabajó con ellos. Hace unos años quise dar de baja mi actividad por cese de la actividad ofertada y siguen vendiendo mis actividades. Recibo llamadas de personas que han comprado en yumping una actividad en mi empresa que no hago. Ellos pagan pero el dinero se lo queda yumping, usan tu marca y tu imagen además de dar tus datos. Tengo que soportar el cabreo de personas que se sienten estafadas "con razón " y cargan contra mi su enfado ya que contactar con ellos es IMPOSIBLE tanto para el cliente como para el empresario.

Lo que más me sorprende es que con la infinidad de quejas que hay la empresa siga operativa y aún haya personas que puedan caer en su trampa. UNA VERGÜENZA QUE LOS QUE TIENEN QUE PROTEGER AL CONSUMIDOR NO LO HAGAN

CONTACTAR DIRECTAMENTE CON LAS EMPRESAS PARA ASEGURAR QUE FUNIONAN Y NO COMPREIS EN YUMPING

Nada recomendable, pésimo servicio de atención a clientes con política de cancelación nada clara y confusa.

Llevo 5 días intentando cambiar una actividad y no recibo ningun tipo de respuesta. Un día antes de la actividad y después de varios mails les contacto por teléfono después de 15 minutos esperando y se desentienden absolutamente de este tipo de gestion.
Si no quieres que te arruinen las vacaciones evita contratarlo.

Estoy esperando la devolución del importe de una embarcación , el dueño no sabia nada de la reserva , me quedé sin el dinero y sin la embarcación

He tenido un problema con un bono que compre pero la empleada que me ha atendido, Paula, ha sido encantadora y me ha resuelto el problema de manera muy sencilla y especialmente amable, así da gusto.

Managed to get paragliding activity booked from a small local business and those lovely guys told me everything about yumping as they used to work with them

Total scam. Don't use.

Te sientes estafado.
Contratamos una actividad acuática en Tenerife a través de yumping.com y, tras recibir confirmación con localizador y la empresa y su número de teléfono local y persona de contacto, el teléfono siempre aparece apagado. Llamamos a las empresas que se llamaban igual o parecido y nadie trabajaba con yumping
Escribes y llamas a yumping y nadie responde. Los tiempos de espera son infinitos y se termina colgando la llamada.

Nada recomendable. Os fastidiará las vacaciones.

It's a SCAM! SCAM! and FAKE WEBSITE. I bought an activity in Ibiza, They take money, but no business exists.

Véritable arnaque.
Je réserve une activité balade à cheval à 110€. Je reçois un mail de confirmation de Yumping avec le nom de l'agence qui me recevra. Je les appelle car il n'y a aucune information d'horaire sur le lien.
Quelle a été ma surprise d'entendre que ce prestataire ne travaille pas avec Yumping et qu'il n'a jamais reçu ni de réservation de leur part, ni d'argent.
Malgré de multiples relances sur ce site pour avoir des explications et un remboursement, aucune nouvelle de leur part.
Fuyez avant de vous faire arnaquer.

This is a fraudulent site. I hired 4 bikes for our family holiday in Spain and when we arrived to pick them up the advertised shop we bought them from on the yumping site didn’t exist. I contacted yumping a number of times asking for a refund which is what they claim to guarantee. I finally received a message to say they would make a refund but the money never appeared.

offering our business without our permission! Seemingly impossible to reach anyone to get our illegally obtained business info and services removed!

Unbelievable company we are on holiday in Scotland 1st to 7th of August 26 as a treat I booked my son inlaw a bungee jump on the titan crane in Glasgow money taken email with code received instantly 10 hrs later I was contacted by the operators saying they were not operating on the day I had chosen and offered other dates wich were after we leave Scotland ( we live east yourkshire) they could only offer an alternative of London on 2nd which is not viable as we are in Scotland then they emailed and said refund request had to go via yumping , well I've sent 5 emails all unanswered tried to sign up via there Web site to possibly do things that way keeps saying they have sent email and to click a link in the email tried this 4 times still no email tried cancelling via there Web site twice saying I'll receive a cancellation email again no emails ( and I've checked my email service its working ) tried phoning 3 times no answer after 15 mins disconnected so now I have no way of claiming back the £105 I paid for an experience they sold me that was never available this has nothing to do with the company that operates the titan crane its yumping but as the activity is sold via them I think its possibly time they looked at parting company with yumping of course when it comes to paying the contact from them is immediate but nothing if you have an issue Do not use this company they are scammers basicly selling a product that isn't available and then you carnt get your money back any company that sells experiences via yumping should definatly part company with them they are scamming your customers

Ahora mismo os pongo una reseña mala en todos lados no os preocupéis .
Vosotros me vendisteis algo que no podía utilizar ese día porque el lugar del pilotaje estaba cerrado, es cosa vuestra poner las cosas en la web que se puedan vender . Si no tenéis implementado un botón en el área de proveedores para que no se pueda vender , o el proveedor no lo ha hecho es vuestra cosa con ellos.
Si el proveedor cuando le contacto , me dice que no pasa nada que más adelante hablamos y no me dice que tenga que escribiros es cosa vuestra y de ellos . Si me dice para poder ir en septiembre y yo no puedo ir , es cosa mía. Si quedo con él para el año que viene , vuestra bono tiene una caducidad de seis meses, y contacto y no lo
Queréis renovar , habiendo pagado los 120-130€ es cosa vuestra por miserables.
He contactado con vosotros por la web hasta en 4 ocasiones y nunca habéis devuelto el correo . Os he llamado a dos teléfonos que he cogido por internet y no cogéis nunca . Es más , vuestro teléfono no está en la web.
Me habéis cobrado , no se ha podido utilizar y por no habernos dado cuenta de avisaros por la web nos jodemos . Si vosotros lo habéis cobrado , que más os da darme otro bono por el mismo importe para disfrutarlo allí , o devolverme el dinero

Avoid. Unfortunately I booked without checking out the reviews but simply put, go elsewhere. I booked a horse riding experience and no transparency about dates was shown beforehand, simply book and you get access to their availability and book within 90 days, more than enough time.. however, there’s no availability until 2027! Which is way past 90 days, so the voucher is effectively unusable. Furthermore there is no contact number to call, emails and forms are all redundant with no response and upon searching the business itself on google.. it all led to dead ends. Avoid like the plague, this site should be shut down.
